In one of my classes, our assignment is not to watch any video (i.e. TV, Youtube, Netflix, Video Games (!), internet is fine, obviously.) for a week... so much for catching up on NBA 2K when I go home this weekend... This is going to be brutally hard, especially given the fact that my roommate has, in the past hour, gone from playing CoD to watching a movie/TV show... not sure which, as I currently have my back turned...

This would be easy for me.

I'd read books.

I don't doubt that I could do it, but I think I'd need to be completely away from it. When it's sitting right in front of me, that makes it five times as difficult. Heck, this summer I worked at a camp and easily went week after week without it.

Yea, I spend way too much on cable, internet, and my sports packages to not watch them for a week. The only exception is if I'm on vacation, and I'm still going to be watching the sports packages.
