It smells like lasagna in here, and now I want lasagna, but I have nowhere to make lasagna even if I had any. Damn you, dorm life!Originally posted by BlueNGoldI feel weird for liking a post about exposed penises.Comment

Re: Off Topic 2013
Meh i'll be fine, the Hillsborough County area(where I plan to start) is flourishing compared to the rest of the state. Plus I have tons of connections in Palm Beach County.
I have plenty of family members that are involved in education that let me in on all that's going on, unless something significantly changes I'm not all that worried about finding a teaching job in FL. I'll probably be out of a job right away for a bit, but that's more of due to i'll graduate in a December opposed to MaySaints, LSU, Seminoles, Pelicans, Marlins, LightningComment

Like everything else in life, school is what you make of it. If you're smart about it, it will work for you. If you go to school just to go to school and get a random degree, you end up with a bunch of debt and nothing to show.
School worked for me because I knew what I was doing and got in and out of there in 4 years.Comment

I believe you use this for deodorant as well, no? Nice with the efficiency.
Me too.Originally posted by Anthony BourdainThe celebrity chef culture is a remarkable and admittedly annoying phenomenon. Of all the professions, after all, few people are less suited to be suddenly thrown into the public eye than chefs. We're used to doing what we do in private, behind closed doors.Comment

All the males I work with have Master's degrees. I'm one of those lucky people who" knew someone". I did have two years of community college.
It all worked out though considering now I make almost double the salary I would have made if I have stayed in college and got a job in the field I had majored in.
I just started my fourth year here, so now I have experience in this field, but if anything ever happened I would feel rather uneasy. What do you guys think employers value more: 4-5 years experience or a recent college graduate?

I think a college education is worth it... my opinion on that may change once I try to find a job out of college though...
And regarding the deodorant eater... I'm sure the breath freshening effects are well worth it.MLB: Minnesota Twins
