Re: Off Topic 2013
I'm sick of getting DMCA Notices in my Comcast e-mail for programs/games I already own. Not that I ever check it (maybe once every 3 months when I have to reset my modem through my phone.)
I've gotten about 5 of them in the last year. The sad thing is, every single one was for something I've purchased (or re-purchased) and have downloaded through torrents.
God knows I've bought at least 3-4 copies of FFXI + Expansions since that game has come out. That was my most recent e-mail from whichever ******* has the job to send these emails.badComment

Re: Off Topic 2013
Football: Joe Theisman, Lawrence Taylor
NBA: Magic Johnson, Kareem. Before everybody wanted to be like Mike, everybody in my neighborhood wanted to be like Magic and Kareem. Doing the sky hook was all we ever did.
Soccer: Ronaldo de Lima. IMO he was the 2nd best player Brazil ever had other then Pele. Saw him play in 94 and 96. Thought wow this guy is very good and it got me back into watching soccer again. Prior to then I had stopped watching soccer in 1988.
Hockey - Mario Lemieux. I always thought his last name was funny.
Baseball - Nolan Ryan when he played for the Astros.Comment

Basketball: The number 3 (Allen Iverson) and 23 (Micheal Jordan). Those numbers were always given to the best players on the team. If you look at college and highschool basketball now I bet you the best player on the team is wearing number 3, or 23.
Football: Number 7 (John Elway aka The Greatest Quarterback who ever played and Micheal Vick).
Baseball: McGuire. Sammy Sosa.Comment

For me I think it goes...
Hockey: Mats Sundin
Basketball: Kobe Bryant (ugh)
Baseball: Carlos Delgado
Football (going CFL here because Canada): Milt Stegall and/or Charles Roberts.
On a completely different subject, I just met a customer at work that looked like a cross between Chuck Norris and the really tall guy with the nail in his head from Happy Gilmore.Originally posted by bradtxmaleI like 6 inches. Its not too thin and not too thick. You get the support your body needs.

Random thought...
How do you guys feel about joint accounts when married?
I happen to think it's necessary and shows your trust in each other. I see how my sis and her husband are, and it's always a my money this, my money that...etc.
For all the married guys, do you have only joint accounts?Comment

Saying that, we are friends with this married couple that have separate accounts and it's annoying as **** because they're always bitching about who pays for what... STFU and get a joint account!!!!Milwaukee Brewers | Green Bay Packers | North Carolina Tar Heels | Wisconsin BadgersComment

Re: Off Topic 2013
My wife and I have a joint account and our own individual accounts. The joint account makes paying bills much easier. We each get an "allowance" that we keep in our individual accounts. I find the seperate account very useful come birthday and christmas time. That way my wife can't find out what I got her before I give it to her.YNWAComment

I'm assuming you both transfer the same amount into each account? Weekly basis or however it is you have agreed upon?Comment
