Something interesting happened today. I was driving to the store and I smelled heat, which was a weird thing to smell in a car without heat. I switched the vent on and sure enough, hot air was blowing through strong. What happened? All last winter I had no heat in the car, now suddenly it's working. Not that I'm complaining, I had to keep myself from dancing in the drivers seat lol, but how does something like that happen?
The only thing I can think of is the accident I was in about 5 months ago. No idea how that could magically fix my heating, but I haven't taken it to a shop or done any work on it myself.

Well, had my 1st experience with an amber alert coming through my smart phone. Was sitting in front of my TV playing some NCAA 14 when all of a sudden there is this blaring noise that sounds like a building fire alarm except that the tones were irregular in length and spacing unlike fire alarms where each tone is the same length and they are evenly spaced. I got up and opened my door, but by that time it had stopped. Slightly confused, I went back to my game only to have it repeat a few minutes later then again stop after a few seconds. Still rather confused, I finished my game and advanced to the next week in my dynasty then got up to check my phone while it was advancing/saving. My phone was on my desk which is across the room diagonally from where my TV is. Well, I picked up the phone and see the amber alert then remembered someone (probably in this thread or one of it's predecessors) mentioning amber alerts coming through their phone and making such a loud alarm noise. Good grief was that thing loud. I would've probably jumped out of my chair had I been sitting at my desk when it went off. So yeah, be on the lookout for a gray Chevy Camaro in the Beaver Falls, PA area.

BREAKING NEWS: I found out I had a saved game that wasn't part of the auto-save. So now it's like a second play-through, and I get to make smarter decisions this time around.
The sad part is it's about 35% of completion behind, so it really IS like another play-through. After the story I was at 73%, and the saved game was at 48%.Boston Red Sox

Killed what I think was a brown recluse spider in my living room and I'm now afraid to go to sleep. I didn't look at it too closely to make sure if it was or wasn't and the pictures I've seen online sure look a lot like what I saw before I flushed it down.I've heard this "patience is a virtue" junk all my life. I'm happy to say I have no virtue, no scruples, and no desire to wait too long for anything. In my humble opinion instant gratification takes too long!

Killed a good size one the other week, documented in here a few pages back. That ish was hype, I was all jacked up on adrenaline by the end of it.
Two nights ago, killed a silverfish. They're just nasty bugs, and it was on my ceiling. As I told my girl, you have to do it right. The flattest surface I had was an iron. Now it was like 10pm and we live on the first floor. But work had to be done, so I gave it the biz, neighbors be damned. It wasn't that loud.

What team(s) would be good to use for a franchise in NBA 2k? I'm leaning towards Pacers, Clippers, Wizards (gotta stay local), and Warriors. Is is possible to run with more than one team in a franchise?

Depends on what you want to do. If you want a team that will compete immediately I'd say the Clippers or Warriors. The Wizards were nice to help rebuild and I enjoyed using some of their alternate uniforms like the gold ones from years ago.
I'd suggest the Pelicans as well, but them only having the home/away combo for uniforms and no throwbacks/alternates hurts them imo.Cincinnati Reds University of Kentucky Cincinnati Bengals

Still looks boring to me.
Mad Men never clicked for me. I fell asleep through the first episode all three times I tried to get into the series.
