      That is absolutely absurd.
      Wow.
I saw more on that story ....they actually(7 marshals)....threw this guy to the ground...when he asked "what is this about?"....they said..."you know what this is about!"

Yeah....I'm sure he was JUST thinking of that loan that nobody pays back when they bail on school just before you guys knocked on his door.

The news story said +1,000 other people they will be arresting soon. Not sure how they are going to get away with it without reading rights or allowing attorneys though.

What do you mean? They don't have to read rights at all. It's essentially a civil order for arrest. I've seen it for failure to pay child support before.

That said, pretty absurd to be going to people's houses and arresting them for non-payment on student loans. I interned for the US Marshals Service in college, they have much better things to do than this ****.

"Green says as a result, those attorneys and debt collectors are getting judgments in federal court and asking judges to use the US Marshals Service to arrest those who have failed to pay their federal student loans."

How is this even an option?

A 16-year-old from Lynn was arrested on murder charges in connection with the shooting death of a 19-year-old teenager early Sunday morning in Chelsea.

Alcohol was so abundant, a preliminary breath test registered .09, just in the ambient air.
                      How is that even possible?

He blew the same thing, thats when it was disclosed to the drug testing agency he has a drinking problem. The testing guy said it was the highest he has ever seen personally.

.5 is absurd. At .3 I think certain body functions start shutting down.

Not if your body has been slowly conditioned to have a BAC that high.

If he stopped drinking cold turkey without any medication, he'd die within a day or two.

I don't doubt that he blew .5, that's just a crazy level of tolerance to be performing daily routines at that level.

Exactly as Tim said, he has been deep into this for a long long time. He is late 50s and this has been consistent for him since his 20s. So for his body its perfectly normal, to explain it where you can understand. That same day he blew a .5 he was walking around, talking, and you would of never even had a hint he was drunk much less enough to kill a person such as us. Every now and then I can catch a whiff when he is kicking back more than usual but to that extent I wouldn't doubt if he could hit closer to the 1.0 range where his body meets our black out range. Honestly, I forget 99% of the time he has alcohol in his system because his actions/mannerisms appear exactly as someone sober.
