I am so glad I don't have kids in school. This is just crazy....

Glen Meadow Middle School seventh grader, Ethan Chaplin, was recently suspended after, he says, he was simply twirling a pencil in math class. News 12 New Jersey reported that the Vernon Township, New Jersey teenager was twirling a pencil with a pen cap on top when another student yelled, “He’s making gun motions, send him to juvie.” But Ethan denies that interpretation of his actions and said that the student who yelled the comment had been bullying him earlier that day and was just trying to get him in trouble.

“The child was stripped, had to give blood samples (which caused him to pass out) and urine samples for of all things drug testing…Then four hours later a social worker spoke to him for five minutes and cleared him. Then an actual doctor came in and said the state was 100 percent incorrect in their procedure and this would not get him back in school.”

I think I saw this in a TV show once.

In the past month, there have been 13 shootings on or around Kansas City metro highways, Kansas City police confirmed on Monday.
“What they determined over the weekend was they’ve located 13 different incidents where vehicles have been struck by bullets on the highways,” Kansas City Police Captain Tye Grant said.

Yeah, but that was a stationary vehicle shooting people who, IIRC, were also not driving. This seems to be someone shooting other drivers while both are driving.

Unbelievable. Innocent man just released after nearly 25 years in jail. Police and prosecution used a false witness (later recanted her story) and hiding evidence (receipt showing he was thousands of miles away from murder) to get the conviction.

I'm sure he'll get paid, but NO amount of money can replace 25 years of your life lost.

Whenever this happens, those responsible should serve double the time that the innocent person served. Terrible.

11 yr old boy was posting he was a gangsta on Facebook. His mom and grandma whooped him with a belt for 6 minutes and posted the video on Facebook.

The parents and grandmother was arrested for child abuse.

His "mom" appeared in the comments below. If it's really her, she must have borrowed his testicles to make posts on there with that claim. I would probably end up doing the same thing, but yeah. Feel sorry for the woman (as far as seeing your kid go to jail for murdering somebody, then obviously this happening and everyone making fun of it).
