Look for the video where a female cop gets whooped at a school. It was high school kids.

I dont think anyone should be getting whooped

Thats the problem...but especially not appropriate for people in authority to continually abuse people kids or anyone else if anything thats the bulk of the responsibility

In all fairness U.S. Grant High School is not in a good area. It's not like it is a bunch of innocent suburban kids there. I bet that guy had seen some stuff in his time there. Not saying what he did was right, I don't know the facts in the case.

It's not appropriate for people in authority to EVER abuse another person. Every instance should be investigated thoroughly and dealt with appropriately based on all the factors.

Continually? That's a pretty vague term that is open for interpretation.

This is irrelevant. If I go up to arrest somebody who just slaughtered a bus full of orphans I'm going to treat him with the same respect who just stole a candy bar. My approach might be different for officer safety, but if the person complies with orders then not a single hair on his little head should be out of place.

It's not fair to judge entire groups of people based on the actions of a few. This statement can be projected on the Grant HS you are referencing. Maybe they have a small % of the school that causes problems. Think of all the great kids that go there. It's not fair to them.

As someone who grew up in a bad area your first two sentences are highly offensive and a bs generalization. It's also not like it's a bunch of guilty thugs there either.

I don't care what he's seen, what he just did to that female, a child at that for not listening to him is completely out of line. I honestly don't see how this school found this man able to work with kids after his first incident.

I got the vibe that the kid that was interviewed on video played for Fields. I was listening to see if he'd refer to him as Mr, Officer, or Coach and he went with Coach.
