But there are plenty of modern soccer mom artists too. Adele, Maroon 5, etc. It's a thing.

Whats weirder is that i hate most music that people like. I dont like pop music, or soccer mom music.

Anberlin, underoath, and emery are more of my type. Wolves at the gate is my metal fix, and needtobreathe is my southern fix. Does anybody else love their favorite bands with a passion and most people hate on them (im not talking about creed here, my family hates all of my music, especially underoath).

Oh yeah, i was born a few years too late to fully enjoy my music. Im serious. I didnt know about my music and my parents wouldnt have taken me to a concert when my bands were alive. If underoath ever comes back i will definitely be at a show, hopefully they do a DTGL 10 year anniversary tour. Now everybody thinks im insane for the style i like. But i kind of relish in the haters. I just crank it up.

And yes, adult contemporary / soccer mom music exists way too much. As does pop music for teenage girls.

aaaaaand there it is. You weren't born in the wrong generation, you were born in the best generation for music. You have almost an entire century's worth of music readily available at your fingertips. If you have Spotify you have the largest discography in the world on your phone. If you don't like what they play on the radio, then don't listen to the radio. Aux cords cost like 10 bucks. Spotify also costs like 10 bucks, so for 20 dollars total you can play whatever you want to play in your car.

Well sure, for listening and availability. But it's an entirely different thing for being alive when these songs were popular and these bands were in their prime or hell, in some cases, when these band members were still alive.

I'd sacrifice use of my left arm to be able to have attended this concert, for example, and this is post-Burton:

I think most Marvel movies are pretty much the same and pretty bland and mostly forgettable.

That is my uncommon opinion.

I say most because Guardians of the Galaxy was wonderful.

Come to think about it, I agree. I don't read the comics so i'm just intrigued by the setting of it where all this crap is happening leading up to phase 3 (which has already begun or something??). But the movies themselves are forgettable.
GOTG was incredible though and I liked the first Avengers movie, although the second one just wasnt as good in my opinion. The Captain America movies are good too...
Maybe I do love their movies....

I don't hate the movies but I do hate how lazy Hollywood has become because of them. I can hardly blame them. If you can make money with something like Antman, why bother trying anything else?
