    re: Official OS BBQ/Grilling Thread

I had my Weber Summit Stainless Steel grill in Tampa, FL for 11 or 12 years. It was out back unprotected (except for a Weber cover) the entire time. With all the rain we get in the summer and the non-stop sun, you would think the grill would be a rust bucket by now. However that is not the case because every 2 or 3 years, I bought a new Weber cover for 40 or 50 bucks. Small price to pay to get a $1300 grill protected.

We don't get crazy rain in AZ, and my grill sits under the patio (so it gets cover from most rain unless it's super windy). Is a grill cover necessary for a 200ish buck gas grill? Doesn't seem to be any worse for wear since the fall (when we got it)...

I think I'd vote for Burns' fajitas if they were in there but he's already got an entry.

Just marinated some chicken fajitas for tomorrow. Can't wait to fire up the grill tomorrow.

One thing I can't find here are any jalapenos or hot chillies.
