I'll be sponsoring this one on Curahees behalf so he can enter the competition. Same prize, 20 dollar GC to the winners choice. Keep an eye out for a blog on Monday with full details. I lack the finesse many of you guys have, but you won't find any complaints at my house tonight for the UFC ppv.

Re: Official OS BBQ/Grilling Thread
Just grilled some "american kobe style" beef burgers (my soon to be wife's mom loves them, not totally sure what the American Kobe Style really is, but they taste good).
I think it's higher quality, but they just can't say Kobe unless it's from Japan or something.
We did eat at a pub type place that had "Scotch Eggs" as an appetizer that I tried and loved. Not grilled, but they take hard boiled eggs, cover them in pork sausage, bread them, and then deep fry them. Amazing! I'm a big fan of eggs, so was right up my alley.Nintendo Switch Friend Code: SW-7009-7102-8818Comment

Re: Official OS BBQ/Grilling Thread
This is by far my favorite thread on OS right now. Seriously it makes me want to grill every night.
My parents visited this weekend and had a cookout with my neighbors. No pics though!
Grilled 3 lbs grass fed skirt steak (carne asada) paired with black bean, avacado, and tomato salad, and also 2 pounds prosciutto-wrapped jumbo scallops. Grilled bread too. And my wife made a chocolate cake from scratch. Yeah it was a good meal........
I had never done skirt steak, just about the easiest thing out there to grill. Will definitely need to make some fajitas soon...."You can not ensure success, but you can deserve it." - John Quincy Adams
