Learn something new every day, ha ha. I would love to try that... and I mean taste it. I'm nowhere near the grill master to pull that off right now (and I love my greens the way I CAN make them already, lol).

BTW VTPack, I'm closer to you on the grilling green things front (though peppers and maybe asparagus here and there) which is why I raise an eyebrow to this but I'd love to crash a Burns cookout and try some grilled collards.

My girl bought this the last time I grilled and it was terrible. Maybe my use of it or what (I didn't spray it) but the veggies stuck to it and kind of ripped apart.

Either way, I like my veggies directly on the grill. Unless of course they are too small/thin to fall through.

Corn has to be directly on.

And my favorite is tomato. Rub a tomato in some oil and put it directly on. When you eat that tomato it explodes in your mouth..pause. Good stuff.

Ive never had any issues with using it. I actually have 2 of them. Ive grilled Peppers, Shrimp, Mushrooms & Onions. I definitely spray before hand and usually dredge the veggies in butter first.

Here's one of the times I used it for Shrimp & Pasta...

No pictures (and also no grill) but tonight's dinner theme for myself was KISS (keep it simple stupid.)

Made about a 1/2 pound patty out of some ground bison, seasoned it with some Mediterranean salt and organing four seasons peppercorn and broiled it.

I am eating it now. Bison is tastier than beef, yum. Try some out if any of you haven't yet. Way healthier for you, as well.

                                That was a sidethought.

Deer > Bison > Beef in terms of meat taste for me. Deer is a pain for me to get though, since I'm not back in Wisconsin.
