            No pictures, but I did take Burns idea with slight modifications. Didn't want it too messy.

            Took a bit over 1/2 pound of Bison and made it into the 2 patties. Both of the patties insides (where the filling was going) i spread a bit of Sriracha over. Just enough to cover the surface area. Shredded some cheese and filled it with Monterey Jack, Asiago, Sharp Cheddar, Mozzarella and Provolone - but not a lot of each. Put them together, ground some organic peppercorn and mediterranean sea salt on both sides after a light covering of olive oil.

            I thought I would end up cooking it too long, but it came out a perfect medium rare surprisingly. Normally my Bison tends to be much closer to medium. 'Twas a great 20 minute meal, including prep and cook time.

                  Ok guys here we go. The official Vote off begins for the Official OS Cinco De Mayo grill off!

                  The most likes wins 20 dollars to their choice of store. Barring it's one my home town!

                              I went with Burns' fajitas, they are probably my favorite food and the pic literally made my mouth water. Now if the kabobs curahee made were in the competition that may have made my decision more difficult. Great job guys!
