This isn't grilled, but I didn't feel like searching out the general food thread.

Two cans of sweetened condensed milk, 1 pressure cooker, water to cover:

Bring to full pressure for 15 minutes:

    Let cool and:

    Awesome.

Went to a buddy's house tonight to watch ESPN game of the week and BBQ.
We cooked up Brats, Cheddar Brats, Lobsters, Skirt steak, Cheddar Bacon Burgers, Dogs, Cheeseburgers, Pork Chops, Turkey Burgers.....

That and about 12 different kinds of beer and booze.

Good time was had by all!

                Grilled pizza Saturday night.

Grilled BBQ chicken. Then the dough and then the pizza. Turned out pretty good, but I might have to change out my dough recipe. I used a BisQuick dough recipe and while it turned out well it just has that "bisquick" taste to it that is more biscuit than pizza crust tasting. Still, pizza was great - chicken, pepperoni, green peppers, red onion, cheese, and ranch for the sauce.

Memorial Day is coming up!! Woohoo!! Can you tell I'm excited?

Anyways, what is everyone going to be grilling?

My favorite is Korean BBQ, which is Beef Spare Ribs marinated in a sweet soy sauce. D-Licious!

My family loves it too.. unfortunately, the price is like $20 for 3lbs of meat.

Either way I'm going to try and grill some of that or the usual burgers and dogs.

                  Anyone making anything special?

Probably buy a big steak for myself since everybody I know is working.

Steak and maybe some grilled squash/zuccini and taters.

Green Cream is the equivalent of Deer Antler Spray. You should at least schedule a press conference to claim your innocence and field awkward questions.
