Most mood / behavior disorders are rooted in something physical / tangible...
My guess is that there's a physiological imbalance that's exacerbating the hormonal and chemical imbalance that's resulting in some emotionally "trigger happy" behavior...
Hitting the stem to stern "restart" is time consuming (and could be frustrating in the process) but, is more than worthwhile, considering...
Everything / anything from a nutritionist to acupuncturist to talk therapy, ETC should be consulted and considered, IMHO...

My mom contacted me yesterday and told me she had done some research and found that other women with the same condition act the exact same way...as if they are temporarily insane and a different person. She told me it's a real condition and has to be treated as an illness. Of course, my dad is on the other line telling me I really stepped in it this time, a stepson who has a form of autism and a wife who is temporarily insane one week of every month. Thankfully my wife told me, in a moment of lucidity, that she is going to increase her dosage of anti-bitch meds, go to a counselor, and work to make this better. As for me, I am going to grow an even thicker hide and let the bs just bounce off of me. I have no choice. Put kids through a second divorce? No way, because she is good to my girls, and her boys are used to me. The kids are more important than me.Comment
