Man, I got powerbombed down the steps in my bedroom when I was in 4th grade. My sister was a bitch.

For further explanation, my bedroom was built on to the house and my dad thought it would be cool to purposely build it differently and give me a small set of stairs.

She toughened me up, though. Most people get that from an older brother.. not me.

How do I know this? One of my friends had someone break into his dorm in college and start attacking him. He stabbed the guy with a pocket knife. Guess which person got arrested, sued, and thrown out of school?
That's all anecdotal, and I'm sorry to hear about your friend. You can legally do as you say your friend did in the United States. The arrest is understandable (because one or both parties, innocent or not, are often arrested following a physical altercation). Him being thrown out of school probably depended on unique school policies, not federal law. For what was he sued, if you don't mind me asking?

Did he use force when the attacker no longer presented a threat? Was the weapon an illegal one? I almost feel as though the details of the case are a bit more murky than what you've provided.

This one time, I beat up like 10 guys at once.. but I had a broken arm.. and than these ninjas came to try and help, but I called my buddies, you might have heard of them.. The Ninja Turtles. I told them, "Woo, Woo, Woo! I got this!", and than beat up another 10 guys.

That's what I feel like whenever people talk about how they're some bad *** who always wins these street fights.

As others have said, T, box. That's the best way to "learn how to fight". You'll learn quick if it's for you or not. I can't tell you how many people came into the boxing gym, talking about "Oh yeah man, I'm such a good street fighter, man" and were gone in a month because they couldn't handle it.

I've been in sibling scraps more times than I can count. I remember this one time in college this guy was talking mad ****. He was acting so bad *** and everybody was backing up, except me because when I drink I'm a badass too. I went up to start something with him and he head butted me, knocked me out cold.

Woke up outside on the curb. Learned my lesson then and there. If you see a fight coming, avoid it, or you will be the jack *** head butted by an ex marine high on methamphetamines.

I lost a fight before. It started as a one on one but as soon as i started to put the smack on him, their bro got in and kicked my A** all over the sidewalk. Most people probably denied ever losing a fight because know one wants to relive that moment in their lives.
