Hey guys I could use a little help on a Psychology project I'm doing. We have to create a Health and Wellness plan that looks over body, mind, and spirit and I'm not sure what the real difference between mind and spirit is.

I'd say mind and spirit are the same thing.

I've always taken it to be mind being your mental state, while spirit is more of a religious/belief-related value (whether it be Atheist, Agnostic, Christian, Buddhist or whatever.)

In this sense, I would take "mind" to mean your cognitive functions (i.e. thinking, reasoning, decision making, etc.) while "spirit" would refer to your mood or self-esteem.

Maybe it's just me but I found it hilarious that I went to a sushi place today (for the first time btw) and they're playing Bump N' Grind, Candy Shop, I Swear, End of The Road and No Diggity among other songs. Mainly the first two though.

Are you sure you were at a sushi place and not a middle school dance circa 2005?

Lol I was just an audience member. But because I was one of the few men, they asked me to dance during a promo segment which may or may not air. I dont remember what I did out there bros. Since I have a creepy beard going I doubt they'll clear me anyway haha. It was a pre taped show for tomorrow airing. So some executive producer will hopefully be horrified by my movement and cut that out.

Its funny you say this, their co host for that show was a relationship guru guy who was kinda pissing them all off with his strong claims. He was funny though. Whoopi was ready to Whoop him. But I think they were just playing off each other. During the commercial pauses they were giggling and ****.

It was hardly my kind of show but it was fun watching how these shows are produced from the grounds crew. I spent more time watching the camera men and the rotating cameras, queue guys, and even the hype man. The View has an audience hype man lol.

And the audience got a surprise gift! Steve Irwin's daughter's adventure book. I gave mine to a lady who was denied two for her kids back home. #goodguygreg

Are any of you guys internet only? I want to ditch Comcast TV services. What I'm trying to decide is if I keep Comcast internet and simply go the Netflix, Hulu Plus, etc to compensate for lost TV services. My other option is to jump ship completely to DirecTV and get Verizon DSL for my internet.

Basically the only currently running shows I watch on TV are HBO stuff which I can live without, AMC shows (namely Mad Men), and a handful of network tv shows that I can probably catch on Hulu or on the channel's website. My only real concern is sports programming as I am unfortunately a diehard Redskins fan and am starting to follow the Wizards.
                                What do you guys recommend?
