Nope I am not, but I am going to begin working on getting certified.
24 now, and I started working out 3 years ago but at first I was only just throwing weights around from one point to another, and while I was gaining some strength and making some gains I was destroying my joints and my back doing exercises incorrectly. Until one day my knee gave out, and since then I've been doing a lot of research on human anatomy, the muscular system, and exercising with controlled movements from a platform of structural integrity.
Just wish I had someone to teach me these things 3 years ago. As I have to completely re-learn all my movements and build myself from the ground up again.
