And that, gentlemen, is a lesson on why not to give people advice. Solicited or not, they're gonna go do what ever they want anyway.

I think it's pretty ****ed up you're yanking these two chick's heartstrings around. Good luck with that karma.

You act as if there is intent in my actions. Im just trying to figure my own feelings out. Emotions are a bitch. So confusing.

Didnt know relationships were suppose to be cut and dry with a clear beginning and end.

And before someone asks what constitutes talking in an "unserious fashion": I talk to one ex. She asks me for book recommendations, I give her some, we chat for maybe five minutes, then don't talk again until she needs another book. That's how you handle an ex.
I talk to a few of my exes still, fairly regularly... have never wanted to end my current relationship, take them on a cruise, then get back with the person I just broke up with.

I don't get why people think it's so impossible to keep a platonic relationship with someone you've had a romantic relationship with in the past.

Really? So new ex is going to love hearing about how old ex got a vacation out of the deal. This is going to go over well....what could possibly go wrong?

Ive honestly been honest with both of them through it all. So they know about how Im feeling and whats going on with the other. Haha

Lying is simply something I can not do. Ever.

                Wait wait wait...

New ex knows you broke it off to take old ex on a cruise to the Bahamas?

Move on from both. Not only are you crazy but they're both crazy if they're talking to you still.

Pics or it didn't happen. Just kidding. Don't be with either. Move in with your parents and get nasty at some video game. Save your money and then get a 40 something at a bar. Perfect.

If I was the more recent ex I'd stop talking to you completely...

Who the f takes their old ex randomly on a trip to the Bahamas...I know you're figuring your crap out, but if I were that girl I'd let you go because it wouldn't be worth dealing with all this...

Why'd you spend all that cash on the old ex? Doesn't make sense to me...

I know the Bahamas thing seems crazy.

But honestly it was cheaper than other options.

She doesnt live here. She lives all the way in Florida. And to me, it would have felt rather silly to have her come all this way, spend 600 on a plane ticket, and we just grab some Starbucks to get to know each other.

So I started thinking maybe a trip to San Diego/Vegas. Looked at hotel prices, and it would have been about 400 to stay for three nights. Then I would still be paying for food and any entertainment.

Thats when the idea of a cruise popped into my head. Room, entertainment, all food, and a trip to the Bahamas. Fpr cheaper? Figured that would be the best and most cost efficient option.

I don't think it's just that it was the Bahamas. It's the fact that you went on a vacation with an ex you haven't seen in a long time. It could've been to Bismarck, North Dakota and it still would've been strange
