Get those if you want the Joe Maddon look. Personally, I hate those, but I don't wear glasses, so I'm not an expert. I would advise that you don't necessarily look at trends, but what aesthetically pleases you.

And those that get the big gaudy glasses, never really understood the point. Knew someone with a pair. Every 5 minutes they were adjusting them because they don't usually have nose pieces and aren't fitted near as well as frames with actual nose pieces. If you are getting glasses, get a real pair. I get rimless titaniums. They actually do their job and since I don't have any desire to wear contacts, they weigh almost nothing so they never really bother me. Incredible that as expensive as they are, you can still find some of pairs that just seem like they're "for show" at even higher costs just because of the name on them. I'd just consider whether you want glasses because some how it is the cool thing to wear glasses again, or do you actually need a pair of glasses, to you know, see things.

I don't think those smaller ones would really be as good for me. I know some people who got somewhat bigger ones(sorta like the one in the pic I posted,but it's not as thick), sorta the reason I was looking at bigger ones too cause seems like that's what most people have,and it doesn't look to bad for me, guess maybe it'd be one of those things where I won't know how good it really looks until I try it on myself.

They're a couple hundred dollars at some places,so whichever one I pick,I want to just keep and not decide months or years later I suddenly want a new kind.

They just heat seal a styrofoam in a plastic bag so it's considered a closed container.

Well that explains that. Was wondering how it worked with open container laws.

Try Zenni Optical... pretty inexpensive glasses, but fairly fashionable. I usually order all of mine on there.

Personal preference I guess. Some people hate wearing contacts,others hate wearing glasses. Some people I know are abit inbetwen. They'll wear glasses at home/around family and all,but when going out, they'll wear contacts.

I've had glasses for 15 years. I'm so used to the way I look with glasses on, it'd be hard for me to switch to contacts.

Contacts really don't even involve that much maintenance for what they do for me. Trying to play sports with glasses is a disaster.

+ my transition lenses don't compare to my actual sunglasses.
