If you don't see too much of me around for the next little while don't worry bout me. I'm just going through a real rough stretch mentally.

This is the worst depression i've had since I was a teenager. I may have to ask a referral to a therapist or something if this keeps up.

We all go through rough patches and it's probably best that you do talk to a professional. One thing to keep in mind is that whatever you're going through, things can always get better. Keep your head up, buddy

I'm not sure what I've changed in my diet the last few months but my nails grow so fast it seems I'm constantly having to clip them. If I didn't know better, I'd say I was bit by a werewolf.

Lycanthropy can also be genetic so i wouldn't worry too much about having been bitten.

Oh I would worry. Definitely worry a lot. But, then again I am whatever that term is for being afraid of being bitten by werewolves--werewolfbiteaphobia.

Eat some good food. Get a good night's rest. Pick up a good book. Go for a walk when the weather's really nice (does it ever get like that in Canada?) or at least ice skate around/ride on the backs of polar bears--you get what I mean. If you exercise, try to do something exercise-y to get your heart rate up. Sometimes if I feel blah, I'll go for a jog and sweat it out. Plus you get the rush of endorphins--a natural high!

Instead of thinking too hard about your life and all its imperfections and how it's supposed to fit into some grand (but artificial) scheme of things, just treat yo'self. We all go through phases. Talking with a friend/family member/significant other/therapist/psychologist/doctor etc could be helpful as well.

Thanks for the kind words and support guys. I really appreciate it. I'm fighting through it as best as I can. I was a lot worse just a couple days ago so i'm dealing.

Oh and i'm sorry, the Polar Bears are all out running around hoarding coca-cola for the Christmas ad campaign this year

I don't think I'd be able to let that much air escape me at the same time without killing myself in the process.
