I won my fantasy baseball league. I think it's a $140 payout instead of $40. A lot of things had to go "right enough" and they did, despite the week not being very great to start with. The thing "going wrong" for me today was a lot of my players did not start, and I didn't think I'd be able to hold up in offensive quantities. Turned out the guys were good enough to hold it over for me. The other good news is that a tie would have still been a win for me because I was the #1 seed going into it.

Good year! Now let's see if I can hold out for fantasy football (last year I played in three leagues, got first in two of them and third in another, now just playing in one league this year). It looks like after this week I will be 2-1. Hey, better than the Pats and Packers!

So yesterday I was rear ended going home from work. Today I was rear ended coming into work.

Thankfully neither impact caused significant damage, but still extremely pissed.

I'm guessing/hoping I have nothing to worry about.

I applied for a job, got an email saying when to call for a short phone interview. The date for the call was almost a week after the date of the email.

I went online yesterday to check the job posting again(to familiarize myself with what they're looking for in that position). Today however, that job posting had been removed.

I still called like I was supposed to and went through the phone interview all fine and told to come in to meet with a manager next week. However, I'm still wondering about why the posting was removed. Did it just expire? Is it a position already filled? Maybe I'm the one that's getting this job(but would be weird they'd remove it in this case if I hadn't even done an interview yet)?

As long as you still have the interview and know what the job is/requires you to do, I wouldn’t even worry about that.

Never had that happen, but those programs have irritated and pissed me off to the point where I'm 100% convinced the developers deliberately make it as annoying, aggravating, and frustrating as possible.

I don't have first-hand experience with it but I've heard good things about LibreOffice.

Haha. OpenOffice was the first thing that came to mind so I Googled to check the pros and cons between that and Libre just to find out the same thing.
