I could see those being good because it's chocolate and a dessert already. I'm just thinking of most of the flavors, especially the dryer ones. Like the brown sugar cinnamon, which absolutely has to be heated to be choked down.Comment

Re: Off-Topic
I was thinking about this the other day ... I remember watching the parade after the Packers beat the Patriots in the Super Bowl. And ESPN was making a big deal that it had been 29 years since the Packers last Super Bowl win. And that seemed sooooo long ago. Felt like ancient history.
Of course, it's now been 27 years since the Packers-Patriots Super Bowl. And it doesn't seem nearly that long ago to me. And it's also been 29 years since my team's last Super Bowl win. But Steve Young doesn't feel as ancient as Bart Starr did back then.Comment

Sonic 3 on the SEGA released 30 years ago on 2/2/94.
I played the tar out of the game on my Genesis. No way I'm this old.Originally posted by Gibson88Anyone who asked for an ETA is not being Master of their Domain.
It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.Comment

70s-80s music is now music from close to 40-50 years ago.
The comparison would be listening to music from the 40s and 50s in the 90s!
"Old person/grandparent music" is no longer random songs from the 40s played from a radio bigger than a microwave while everything is viewed in black and white.
It's now music from the 70s and 80s!Last edited by Majingir; 01-29-2024, 08:47 PM.Comment

Doesn't seem as long when you lived it vs look back on it.

Growing up "oldies" use to be 50's and 60's music. Motown, classic rock, etc. You know stuff your parents might put on in the car. Now "oldies" are stuff like Backstreet Boys. Feels old.
