Blogs were not used much on the old forums, but you are the first person to bring up the issue, so it's on the radar now. We'll need to look into enabling HTML in blogs as well. Some things are out of our control and some things are just broken until we get to it. This one in particular was not on our list of known issues. So thanks for bringing it up, but it's not a promise that it can be resolved.
Pretty sure I brought up there being no option to turn on HTML in blog posts shortly after the switch was made........

EDIT: I searched, and yes, I did bring up the Blog issue on 5-12-25, in this thread.

I think the 'Posts' section uner 'subscriptions' is the actual threads you subscribed to while the 'users' section is threads that anyone you were 'friends' with on the old forums posted in.

Hmmm, that is unfortunate..... In my Subscribed there is a ton of threads I did not Subscribe to and it's also showing different people on here in the Subscribe list.

Yes…it happens to me in Chrome and Duck Duck Go. My guess is it is retrieving new ads to display since the forum/thread content is probably cached and should display immediately. Just a guess.

No problem at all. Just thought I’d ask. Thoroughly enjoying the update nonetheless!

Dang, you're hardcore. I actually had never seen that as an option previously. I poked around and don't see anything obvious that works that way. Sorry.

Unfortunately, some of the cool stuff that was in the old forums were coded by previous engineers or they were simply mods that no longer work in the new forum software. I know it's not what people want to hear, but we had to upgrade the forums sooner or later because they were slowly dying and we were running out of options on keeping it up and running. The upgrade isn't compatible with the old mods we used to run and they are so old that nobody updated them to work in the new forum package.

On the old site, User CP told us exactly what threads we haven't read.... And they all were grouped nicely together in one area.
Up at the top, click your username. Go to "My Profile", then the "Subscribed" tab. That's about as good as it gets with the new version as far as I'm aware. Anything other than that was a custom mod for the old forums that no longer work.

HOWEVER, there is nothing on my BLOG after April 8th, and when making a new blog post, there is still no option to turn on HTML.

Using HTML in blog entries is a big part of how I do my dynsasty tracking. This site is all but USELESS without it.

    Like I said, it's F*cking ridiculous.

Can you link to them so I can take a look at where the images were specifically? They might have moved to a new location and we just need to make it point in the right direction.

It won't hurt to summarize what you've found, for sure. I have a list that will slowly get worked on as time permits, so feel free and thank you.
