NYCFC & Orlando will be added to FUT I think. Orlando can field an 11 if they bring their current roster, NYCFC can't.

They might be added to rest of the world near March or sometime after the expansion draft.

Started an Everton Career mode and got through three friendlies against Lyon (lost 2-1), Eintracht Frankfurt (win 1-0), and Barcelona a 1-1 draw! And then the 6 hour time limit was up!

Looking forward to getting it going tomorrow as we open the season with Leicester City and Howard finally being healthy. Here we go!

BTW, Goodison Park looks incredible...

Ha yup, hopefully if we turn them on there won't be a flood of penalties, the defenders seem to put their arms behind their backs this year so maybe that fixed it.

Can't wait for tomorrow, going to start a Man Utd CM and hopefully do much better than their dismal start. I will eventually get them a solid CB, but I turn first window off so I'll have to suffer until January.

Also going to do a lower English club, maybe Stevenage or even take the shamed Leeds United back to the top

Yep, they actively try to hide their arms. I scored this goal with Eriksen last night that a CPU defender deflected in (great goal that would rarely, if ever happen in prior FIFA's). The defender moves his arms behind his back to protect against the handball.

To get an easier goal from the board

Before you start your new manager mode, change the starting 11 to a weaker 11. Dont worry about subs. The board bases their goals on your starting 11.

In following years, make sure to change your starting 11 after season is done before advancing to new year. If you sim, also make sure to keep checking your starting 11 after friendlies to ensure you haven't had your starting 11 altered.

to me this is a big part of manager mode as the board requests and goals are sometimes ludicrous.

Are you sure this is how it's done? I thought it was all about which difficulty you choose when starting a new Career Mode?
Like Legendary would make the Stoke City-board think you should qualify for Champions Cup etc.


Don't you think the difficulty could have impact on the board's expectations?

Thanks a lot. Glad to see people enjoying the vids as I'm having a lot of fun doing them.

What are your sliders for world class?

The only thing I changed was increasing CPU pass error between 58-65. Everything else is default.

Positive it has an effect in Fifa 14. I'll check on the new game when out but I don't see a reason why it will change.

The difficulty is only for in game

Boxers have you tried lowering marking to 40 for the ai, and pass error to 70? Should open up a little for you

Thinking of taking leeds united back to the top but not sure yet how i need help choosing between 3 options

1) just start with normal budget (risking to lose some great loan players like adryan and del fabro after 1 year)

2) buy financial takeover and use the money to buy 1 youthscout (leeds has a good academy) 1 regular scout and buying the current loan players but make no other changes

3) same as 2 but using the 10-20 million left to make a few young high potential signings.

Really want it to be a challenge but fun and realistic as well. As for skill level i am right in between pro and world class

I'm going to start one with Spurs, like I usually do.

I usually play games against the top half, and sim games against the bottom half, just so it doesn't take so long to complete a season. Going to be tough to do that now, I'm going to want to see all of the stadiums!

Just switched City to a 4-3-3 and I'm starting to generate many more offensive changes.

Jeez the Eithad was jumping!

I'm in 4th with 13 points. Tottenham is in first with 17 and they came to the Etihad in a full on rainy game.

12th minute Tottenham got a red.

0-0 at the half.

I scored early in the 2nd to take a 1-0 lead. Tottenham then tied it in the 64th minute.

75th minute they got another red and I'm up 10-8 and they parked the bus on me it seemed.

90th minute in extra time their goalie got a red!! They had to use a striker to throw on the jersey to face me in the PK and i buried it for the 2-1 win.

I almost always start with the Crew, then after a couple seasons in MLS, I jump ship to a Championship/League One side ... but this year I think I'm sold on a Crystal Palace career. The inclusion of Selhurst is incredible, and the pieces they have in place will make it a grind, but an exciting one.

I scored a Diouf-esque goal in the 80th minute with Puncheon last night, picking up the ball in my own half and weaving all the way to the box for a sweet finish.
