Basically, the CPU plays really well when they're red carded lol. Both red cards were very harsh. I'm exciting about the way this team is growing though. There is a lot of talent on this team that's growing nicely in Foulquier, Cordoba, El Arabi, and youngsters like Aboagye and Eddy. I'd love to be able to sneak into an Europa League spot next season especially with big additions like Atiba Hutchinson and Winston Reid coming in on free transfers.

Guys, I need a little help.

Some of my players who are transfer listed just don't accept any offer that i receive. I'm tired of that. How can I change it? Any tip?

Play Stevie G while you have him, because I promise you, you'll miss him when he's gone. Did so much for me. After he retired, I picked up Johannes Geis from FSV Mainz 05. They only wanted $6.5 so I offered $7.5 just to make sure the deal went through. He's been an amazing player for me. He starts and Lucas backs him up occasionally.

I didn't mind it because Joel was kind of being a mug on his side of the equation as well, and hey you have to get in their head some way... plus as a Hammer I'm sure I was more open to overlooking it haha. That's some serious dedication to footy watching that you have!

Haven't had much time to play in the last 3 or 4 weeks, but I did manage to get almost half of season 3 played in the last month.

We are playing very well lately (despite my last game where I gave up a terrible goal to Brighton in the last minute, costing me 2 points), sitting at 3rd in the table, although there are plenty of teams right behind me, nipping at my heels. The team is really coming together, and my home grown players are taking the lead now. Both the young guys I have on my wings (both now 18 years old) are at 70 overall, and my 19 year old CDM is at 73!

There is a big difference to how they were when I first signed them all at 16 years old and decided to play them over some better players to get them the experience. I think it was the right thing to do.

Overall, I feel pretty good about my team. Don't seem to have the trouble scoring that I did in the past couple seasons, and my defense is solid. The top 2 guaranteed promotion spots are starting to get away from me a bit, but I think I have a real good chance of making the Promotion playoff.

I am going to try to get a couple guys loaned out in the January window, but I don't plan on making any aggressive transfer moves, buying or selling. Might try to sell off a RB who is complaining about his play time. I think my depth is pretty solid, so I don't want to screw that up by selling someone and then having a starter at that position go down. I have Thomas and Agard, my two main strikers, I could sell one of them and make a pretty healthy profit, probably in the $5,000,000 range. But with Agard's injury this year (he just came back to the team), I think I will keep them both.

Some highlights from the last ~15 games:

1. Great cross into the box and a wonderful hit from Korey Smith, starting to get more confident with my players and score some flashy goals like this

2. Diving header to seal the victory early in the season against Brighton

3. Might be the one area where I prefer Emmanuel-Thomas to Agard. He's a big target, and he can out-muscle guys to get to the ball first

4 & 5. Both from the same game, my away fixture with Brighton. First was just a nice goal all around, I've found that fake shot to be very effective; and a cool finish. 5 might be my favorite goal of the season so far. Two of my Academy wunderkinds team up for a goal. Great ball control by Jamie Winfield, and Riccardo Basso just smashes it over the goalie's head. A goal that those two would not have created a couple years ago, or even last year.

This is my first attempt at a career mode progression. Sorry for the video quality but I have to use a camera instead of game DVR.
Playing Legendary, with personal sliders based on the comunity ones, 10 minutes halves.

Here´s the first episode!

Académica, another average team in this league, started pushing harder than I thought they would, and it was only a matter of time until the goal came. No surprise there, as Marítimo couldn´t do anything except watching the opponents play.

Before the break though, Marítimo started to get the passes wright and proved to be a stronger team in the air, connecting a couple of dangerous headers. Marítimo kept pushing until they got the reward in a perfect header between the Académica´s defenders, who´s pressure wasn´t enough to avoid the goal.

After the break Marítimo was motivated and never quitted, exploring the gaps and creating space for crosses. Yes, the second goal came also from a header, this time from a corner kick. After that, Académica tried hard to equalize but the stamina and motivation were not the same anymore, and Marítmo was closer to a third goal than Académica was from the 2<sup>nd</sup>.
A tough match, but the three points away were a great achievement to start the league!

Next match against SC Braga proves to be a real test, as they are one of the best teams in Portuguese League.

Watching soccer abroad is like people here watching football and basketball. I dont watch any of that but I do enjoy my fuuuutbol. Great vids! Keep up the good work, just saw Matt posted one...You guys are the reason I make it through a day of work!

Episode #3: We were playing against Gil Vicente, a rather weak team. Marítimo started really good, creating chances and dominating possession. With the red card and also a penalty awarded, it was easy to get the 2 goals. Maybe too easy though, because Marítimo thought that the game was already won… but they were wrong! Gil Vicente, with only 10 men on the pitch, took advantage of Marítimo´s resting mentality, and in the final minutes of the match scored twice.
The second goal was particularly childish behavior from Marítimo. At the end, there´s a feel of frustration on Marítimo´s players, but honestly, they can only blame themselves.

Hi,
Can anyone tell me if there is a complete list of player wages (weekly)???
This would make it easier when scouting and knowing who to buy and not to bother with.
Am doing Fulham career and would like to sign Oscar in Jan but need to know wages for him and others, I know I can just scout but having a database would be much easier.

Any suggestions on other players I should sign and which areas to strengthen? Keep in mind Henriquez and Wilson I want to bring through the ranks seeing Cavani is 30 and Ibra who has been disappointing is 34.

Carrick is retiring end of season.

@JustCRu7ing not having a youth scout does not hurt you from getting regens. Regens appear after a player has retired. I will tell you how to find a guy like Ibra.

So Ibrahimovic has now retired. And if he is still in the EPL, go to the search function. Put position to striker. Nationality Sweden. Age 16-20. league EPL. And search. He should have the “Has potential to be special” remark next to his name. But if you can't find him in the EPL just search without a league. There are some videos on YouTube that you can look at if you are confused with what I am saying.
