    I would just focus on whichever objectives they have as highest priority and if you can't meet those just make sure you complete all the others.

    For the record, I ended with a manager rating of 70 for the season and started the second year with that 70 rating. At one point in mid April after two consecutive losses, I was a 69 rating and the number was red.
    Yeah I have never met my "table finish," goals in 4 different test with the first season.

    One thing that is still bugging me, is the lack of info/instruction for the goals. Also annoying is some of the goals themselves. Forcing me to sell youth players I was instructed to "raise 10 points ovr, promote and play in 10 games in one season."

    Sure I don't have to sell that player, but you get my point. It seems like the boards give you a trail to complete with the goals, but the trails don't always make sense to what you are trying to accomplish.

      Is anyone able to explain the following objective to me?



      Which kind of youth players does that refer to? Players from the academy? In other objectives those are described as "Youth Academy players". Or do I have to sign young players from other clubs? I'm pretty confused because in my academy I have about 7 or 8 players. But in the objective overview the number of "Eligible" playes is 12?!

        Yeah, you have to scout players early, sing them to the youth squad, then sing them to the senior squad and play them in 20 matches.

        It's not referring to young players within the league.

          That is a ridiculous goal. Unless it means 20 games combined between all 4. But if it means 20 games for each of the 4 players. Get bent EA. That is dumb.

            Depends on how you run your CM. I do this automatically. I essentially sim the first season only stopping to look at youth scouting reports. By the start of the second season I have a starting 11 and subs of youth players. I bring up at least 5-6 during the first season.

            So, this would be easy for me. The one that's hard for me, is the one where they expect me to sell these gems I find. I don't want to sell these guys! Profit hungry meanies, lol

              It says in the same season. So they would all be garbage players in that first season. They would all be in the 50's at first, maybe low 60's if you get lucky and find 4 guys who are good right out the gate.

                Oh, forgot to mention........ I save the day before a scout comes back. Look at the players, and if a player is 50+ovr and potential is 75+ I sign them. If not, I back out without saving, and use the save.

                I also play in League 2 and use the financial takeover. I do the same gimmick saving before the scouts change and only sign a scout if he's 4 stars 4 stars.

                Its almost a game within a game. I won't stockpile amazing players. Like three RM with 90pot. I have ones I sign after my starting 11 that arent going to be as good.

                It used to be easierwhen they had the creation center, lol.

                I do it like that because I don't care about the actual team and players. It's my yearly challenge to raise 15-17yr Olds into a champions cup team.

                Anyway, lol, sorry for a long answer that you won't want to read. In short.....I have at leat 3, 60ovr players by the end of my first month of scouting.
