Hey guys.

Long time gone I am currently testing the PS5 version of FIFA21.
The following match was played full manual on professional difficulty. I need go get the hang of the game first... it’s been to many days since I last focused on FIFA.

I am using some slightly changed OS Community sliders due to my full manual controls. I lowered the users shot and pass error to 55 and 50 (instead of 68 and 55).

I also lowered the injury frequency to 80 (from 90). Still I had 1 or 2 guys send off the pitch with injuries nearly every match. This still seems to be way to high especially for career mode. One game I had 3 guys send off. I’ll try 70 now.
In career I have 3 main player out for weeks. 2 for 3 month each. (Broken toe). Maybe injury severity needs lowering to.

And this is Online Seasons with normal teams or Ultimate Team?

Ive switched to 5-4-1 and still cant keep opponent from getting to the box seemingly at will. I just dont have it on the sticks in this game, when i switch to the defender i get juked out of my shoes.

Surprisingly I’m seeing a few fouls. The key for me was turning off the auto agile dribbling and using the left bumper to agile dribble on one and ones.

This causes the AI to make mistakes will tackling. I’m averaging 5-7 AI fouls a game on world class. It’s not a ton but it’s a decent amount

Yeah, getting solid at containing and when to go for the ball certainly takes some getting used to. And sometimes you're just going to get ganked in the game, it happens.

Some thoughts from someone who hasn’t played fifa since 19 and been a PES person instead.

The graphics are nice, but not mind blowing. Certain teams like Liverpool or PSG look amazing in terms of players looking like themselves. That said I found Ronaldo to look less realistic than the PS4 version of PES. I understand Juventus is a fully sponsored team in that game but still. EA sports games in general have always had somewhat of a cartoony style to them which is obviously their design choice

There are quite a few times where the ball gets kicked around up in the air which I like since in PES I’ve found the game to be mostly ground based. The CPU in my early experience will try to send long aerial passes to teammates running up the pitch. This also results in a number of inaccurate passes which I actually like

Game has been a bit too easy for me on default settings but world class difficulty. Will have to turn down the assists as it makes it very easy to do a through pass and have a shot on goal

All in all pleased, especially as you can buy the disc version for 25 right now.

So EA basically gave the middle finger to the PC crowd this this time, PS5/XSX getting better enhancement when the superior hardware PC platform gets left with the version that PS4/XB1 got.

seriously this game reminds me of football kingdom ESP the ball movement.

this is my favorite soccer game ive played in awhile

i sat down with it again(adjusting sliders to be out soon too0 and it was just pure joy to play

I just saw something today on this new fifa just messing around. You can change the color of the shade of green for the pitch. Is this new for just fifa next gen or on fifa 21 current gen as well? I only partially downloaded currently because I was just concentrating on next gen only. May seem like a small detail but boy it has me stoked.

I just saw something today on this new fifa just messing around. You can change the color of the shade of green for the pitch. Is this new for just fifa next gen or on fifa 21 current gen as well? Changing the pitch color is possible on both.

Edit: On PS4 you could only change it in Kick-off mode though.

Oh okay. Yeah it like that next just change it in kick off. I think it may change in career mode as season progresses throughout the months. Thanks man.
