Soooooooooooo different. I am finally adjusting to it a little bit. Scoring 2 goals in a game is seemingly an amazing accomplishment now for me. I like it though, it makes the games feel like a more strategic and tactical challenge.

This exactly how I felt. Dagenham are cheating ba - I mean League 2 is totally different :P I wasn't that into detailed tactics and strategies until I started with Wimbledon. It completely changes the way you play the game and the matches are so close. I'm really close to finishing my season in the Championship and League 2 has still been my favorite so far.

Never heard of Sassuolo so I too vote for that one! At the same time I always recommend Hamburg. Had a great time with them in '13 and they are still on my list for possible future careers. I'd be happy reading about either of those two!

Yep, their attacking trident of Sansone-Zaza-Berardi is young, Italian and talented. Be an interesting choice, though I usually get bored with Serie A really fast because the second division is barely licensed.

I think Malaga would be the best option. I had a 4 season career with them back in fifa 13 which was very fun.

That's unfortunate. But let's be honest, you were just too scared to play against Hertha, right?

By the way, how would have the Red Bull career worked? Were you going to simulate the first season and then "take over" the team?

My vote goes to Malaga. They had just two years ago (feels like an eternity) players like Van Nistelrooy, Santi Cazorla, Monreal, Toulalan and Isco. But then came the debts and after the wonderful run in the Champions League year ago Malaga finished now in 11th with a pretty bad team. It would be nice to see them back at the top again.

Yeah, Hertha... that's it... But I was actually going to sim the first season, like you said. Leaning 70-30 in Malaga's favour right now, mostly because Spanish league is licensed and I have... unfinished business.

To be honest, if Hertha is in first, isn't that already a pretty big thing?

Whoa, wasn't trying to belittle you right there brother! Who cares about Wolfsburg lol just pointing out that you (Hertha) have taken over and changed german football to the point that Bayern are now in 3rd not even 2nd.

What a result against our bitter rivals. Remy gave us an early lead, heading in a De Jong cross. Sissoko then scored one of the goals of the season, smashing in at the near post from the corner of the box. Remy then converted on the rebound before Gardner smashed in to pull one back.

Kuranyi headed in to give Villa the lead before Depay smashed in the equaliser from distance. Tonev smashed in just after half time but Collocini bought De Jong down late on and Remy stepped up to convert the penalty.

So that Red Bull career's not happening. Far too dull, I can't get my heart into the team. Gave up right after I lost the third straight friendly and realised I didn't care. I got a couple of ideas but want you guys to tell me what you think before I choose.

1. Malaga – A new consortium takes over the Andalusian club and pays off the debt. Transfer spending will be limited for the first three seasons while the board negotiates better sponsorship and broadcasting deals.

2. Hamburg – The supporters have had enough and elect a new board capable of bringing the club back to its glory days, or at least to a respectable level.

3. Sassuolo – Arguably the most exciting thing in Italy. The owner has bought the club its own stadium, the board is making the most of the financial opportunities, and they have two brilliant forwards in Berardi and Sansone.

I have seen 2 votes for Sassuolo and 2 for Malaga so I might just be awkward and vote Hamburg

The amount of updates recently has been incredible.
I didn't read it reading for 2 days and then I come back and see 11 pages laid out in front of me!
It was probably because of the holidays and the newbies.

After that I will be leaving Villa Park to join league 2.

I'm following along, you're hanging in there in 8th place last I checked. My only suggestion would be the put the result of the game before listing the scorers for the game as I think that reads better.

The goal is challenging but I'm up to it.
If it takes too long I'll just quit and start in league 2.
