All I'll say is he might not be on the bench much longer. Might.

    Interpret that however you wish.

EDIT: Looking back at this whole thing, I feel like I went about it wrong. From season 2 onwards, I'll let you guys choose from the starting XI and substitutes bench rather than the entire squad.

Oh interesting! And I'd say most, if not everyone chose from the ones you had marked would most likely be in the starting XI or subs.

        Wycombe Wanderers

        Season 3
        2015/16

        Objectives:
        League - Avoid Relegation
Cup - Reach Round of 32

        July 2015

        Pre-Season Friendly
        FC Ingolstadt 0-2 Wycombe
        Morias 4' 37'

Man of the Match: Anthony Stewart

        Recap:
Our first match in Pre-Season started brilliantly when a quick throw gave Scowen an opportunity to cross. This cross was intercepted but Morias was on hand to dispossess the intercepter and stick the ball into the net 4 minutes in. He doubled our lead in the 37th minute when Wood found space on the right to cross with his left foot. Morias ran onto it perfectly and headed in a bullet from the edge of the 6 yard box. Agard and Ryan got their debuts off the bench in what was a comfortable 2-0 win. Agard was unlucky twice not to score. His first effort was a bicycle kick that took a deflection which the keeper just reacted to. Widdowson and Walker got their debuts from the start at LB and GK respectively. Kewley-Graham got a start after spending the past 2 seasons out on loan.

        Fixtures for August

        Spoiler

        South America Cup

        Fixtures
        5/7 Bolivia
        9/7 Venezuela
        13/7 Argentina

        Group Match 1
        Bolivia 0-3 Paraguay
        Rojas 25'
        Etxeberria 33'
        Barrogios 63'

Man of the Match: Lorenzo Melgarejo

        Recap:
At my third time at trying. (It froze during the game twice before, the 2nd time it was the 80th minute!)
After pressuring hard from the start Rojas put us in front when Barrogios came out to receive the ball and he turned and put Rojas in straight down the middle for him to slam home. 8 minutes later the lead was doubled when Barrogios pounced on a loose pass. He played it down the line to Perez who outmuscled the defender and picked out Etxeberria in the box who headed it back across the keeper into the corner. On 54 minutes Etxeberria missed an open goal after a Barreto shot was saved and the rebound fell to him. 10 minutes later Barrogios added to the lead when Pereira crossed for him to head home passed the keeper. The game in which we were completely dominant ended 3-0.

        Group Match 2
        Paraguay 0
        -1 Venezuela
        Rondon 74'

        Our Best: Lucas Barrios

        Recap:
Looking to build on the 3-0 win against Bolivia we hosted Venezuela in our 2nd group game. The Venezuelans lost 3-1 to Argentina in their 1st game and they looked to bounce back against us. 35 minutes in Barrios (Lucas) was inches away from scoring with an acrobatic header. On 74 minutes Rondon scored for the Venezuelans when our defence was all over the place. He turned on the penalty spot and stuck it away. It ended in a shock 1-0 defeat where we didnt take our chances.
In the other game Bolivia and Argentina drew 1-1.

        Group Match 3
        Argentina 5-1 Paraguay
        Perez 25'
        Costa 50'
        Messi 58' 77'
        Perez 81'
        Parades 89'

        Our Best: Marco Aurelio Etxeberria

        Recap:
A match against the group favourites Argentina was up next for us in what completed a run of 3 fixtures in the group. Argentina currently top the group on 4 points after 2 games and we sit 2nd on 3 points above Venezuela on Goal Difference. 25 minutes in after some close misses Argentina took the lead through Perez who walked through our weak defence. Terrible defending. Perez then had a chance for us just before half time but it was a comfortable save for the Argentinian keeper. Things got even harder when Costa struck a beauty from outside the box into the top corner. 2 minutes after that we came agonisingly close to getting one back when Perez hit the woodwork with a header. But we were brought back to earth by Messi who got a header (Wtf!) in the 58th minute. Messi got on the score sheet again when he walked through the defence in the 77th minute. Perez pulled one back in the 81st minute when he found space at the back post to slot home but it was too little too late for us. Parades added another a minute from time. It ended 5-1. We were just outclassed. Venezuela beat Bolivia 4-0 meaning they and Argentina progressed.

        Group A
        1. Mexico 7Pts
        2. Colombia 5Pts
        3. Brazil 4Pts
        4. Peru 0Pts

        Group B
        1. Argentina 7Pts
        2. Venezuela 6Pts
        3. Paraguay 3Pts
        4. Bolivia 1Pt

        Group C
        1. Chile 9Pts
        2. Uruguay 4Pts
        3. USA 4Pts
        4. Ecuador 0Pts

        Quarter Finals:
        Mexico 2-1 Brazil
        Uruguay 1-0 Colombia
        Argentina 2-0 USA
        Chile 3-1 Venezuela

        Semi Finals:
        Uruguay 2-0 Mexico
        Argentina 2-1 Chile

        Third Placed Playoff:
        Mexico 2-1 Chile

        Final:
        Uruguay 3-1 Argentina

        Champions
        Uruguay

The game which we lost against Venezuela was the one that cost us. We were the better side and left in a stupid goal.

Thanks for reading! Any feedback is appreciated! I hope you enjoyed reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it!

Sorry about that. I think I took the Group C standings before the last game in it had been played, oops. It has been corrected now, thanks for pointing it out!

I'm still kind of annoyed that Venezuela beat me and I didn't get through but hey what can ya do?

                Exeter City F.C.
                FIFA 15 - Season 2

                The Grecians

                December

                Capital One Cup Quarter Finals
                Manchester United 1 (7) - Exeter City 1 (6)
                MUN - Fellaini 98'
                EXE - Reid 99'

After full time passed with both teams holding their defense strong Fellaini finally broke open the score with a powerful strike from the right side of the box and into the net. Reid had a quick response for Exeter as he wove his way through United's back line before firing a shot with his left foot that settled just inside the left post. In the ensuing penalty shootout both sides kept burying their shots into the net until Sercombe stepped up for Exeter City. The keeper dove right and Sercombe hit it high to the left but struck the crossbar giving United the win.

                F.A. Cup
                Stevenage 2 - Exeter City 2
                STE - Walton 48', Bond 64'
                EXE - Wilson 20', MacDonald 57', Ridehalgh 79'

Wilson dribbled towards the right side of the box and drew back for a shot before breaking it off and taking a touch towards the inside and firing a left footed shot past the keeper. Stevenage evened it up after the keeper mishandled a cross and it fell to Walton's feet for the easy goal. Wilson then led the counter attack before threading it up the middle for Macdonald to finish first time into the bottom right corner. Stevenage tied it up again after a stunning turn and shoot with the left foot from outside the box by Bond that rocketed past the keeper. Ridehalgh then came all the way from his left back position to intercept a ball in the midfield and take it all the way himself avoiding the defense and scoring the winning goal.

                J. Paint Trophy
                Exeter City 4 - Leyton Orient 3
                EXE - Reid 8', 55', 79', van Nieff 71'
                LEY - Vincelot 33', 78', McAnuff 85'

Reid opened the game after a defender knocked the ball away from Burgess in the box and it fell right to Reid's feet and he rocketed the ball past the keeper. Vincelot equalized after his header was miraculously saved but then came right back to him for the easy finish. Reid added another after Woodman threaded a perfect ball up the middle for him to beat the keeper 1 on 1. Van Nieff then set up to take a free kick and hit it up and over the wall and found it's way just inside the post for a beautiful goal. Vincelot scored another after his teammate appeared to have fouled the Exeter defender in the box to take the ball from him and then crossed it for Vincelot to head in. Reid came right back and attacked down the left side of the box and hit a perfect shot to the far right post. McAnuff headed in a perfectly played ball over the top for the final goal of the game.

                Exeter City 2 - Ipswich Town 3
                EXE - Stewart 10' (OG), MacDonald 45'
                IPS - Moore-Taylor 25' (OG), Nouble 45', Wordsworth 66' (Pen)

The scoring opened after Sercombe shot the ball and it deflected off of Stewart and into the goal and was credited as an own goal. In a rather bizarre turn of events the score was equalized with another own goal by Moore-Taylor from Exeter. MacDonald then fought hard to win a rebounded ball from Wilson's shot and was able to fire it past the keeper into the net. Ipswich tied it right back up after Ridehalgh gave a poor effort on a header and Nouble rose above him to knock it in. Skuse then won a penalty of Ipswich on what could only best be described as a blatant flop, but still the referee awarded the penalty and Wordsworth buried it for the winning goal.

                Blackpool 0 - Exeter City 2
                EXE - MacDonald 39', van Nieff 50'

Williams took control of the ball in the counter attack and threaded the ball up field through the defense for MacDonald to run onto and finish to the right side of the goal. Williams then won a free kick just outside the box and van Nieff stepped up and struck the ball over the wall and just past the reach of the keeper for the second time in the last 3 matches.

                Exeter City 2 - Oxford United 1
                EXE - Wilson 41', 87'
                OXF - Hylton 90'

Wilson started his run with the ball from the midfield circle and raced down field past the back line to finish just inside the near post on the left. Wilson then wove through the defense late in the match cutting inside the box and firing a left footed shot into the right side of the net. Oxford then took advantage of a late defensive mistake to cut the lead in half, but were unable to produce another threat before time expired.

                Oldham Athletic 0 - Exeter City 2
                EXE - Sercombe 17', 87'

Sercombe dribbled left just outside the box before reversing direction back right and firing near post past the keeper. With the game winding down Sercombe made a run up the middle and received the ball through on goal and went towards the left post for his second goal of the night.

                Exeter City 5 - Southend United 1
                EXE - Williams 6', 13', Reid 39', Cummins 69', 73'
                SOU - Hurst 23'

Williams opened the scoring with a wonderful strike from a free kick just outside the top of the box. He then defied the odds and added another free kick from a nearly impossible angle on the left side of the box to double the lead. Hurst cut the lead in half with a great run into the box and finished just inside the near post on the left side. Reid then extended the lead after weaving through the defense before firing a shot and then knocking in the rebound after the keeper saved the initial shot. Cummins the scored off a great over the top pass from Oakley that put him through 1 on 1. He then completed the perfect birthday celebration as he added another goal to complete his brace as he turned 28.

                Youth Academy

Adam McCartan (Northern Ireland) 16 years old 50-54 OVR 74-80 POT.
                - Adam has made great use of his technical gifts to be a playmaker in the CAM role with the youth teams.

Andrew Wynne (United States) 16 years old 45-47 OVR 71-77 POR.
                - Andrew has yet to find his position for the future. He plays all over the midfield and as a forward for the youth teams, it remains to be seen which he will stick with.

Carl Little (Northern Ireland) 16 years old 41-43 OVR 74-80 POT.
                - Carl Little has stepped up for the youth team playing as a center back. The 16 year old hit his growth spurt that the youth doctors were expecting and now stands at 6'1" giving him a bright future in the center of the defense.

Chris Dean (United States) 17 years old 45-47 OVR 70-74 POT.
                - Combined pace with creativity has made him a natural for the CAM role. He is the first American signing brought over by Tex Bumosix to the youth academy.

Drew Tootle (England) 17 years old 54-58 OVR 70-74 POT.
-The young keeper is a giant at 6'5" and only 17 years old. He has the potential to be the future first choice keeper for Exeter if he develops properly.

Isaac Fryers (England) 16 years old 56-60 OVR 75-81 POT.
-The young 16 year old prefers to play right in the center of the pitch. He plays with a more defensive mindset, but has a tendency to play more in the center rather than in the traditional holding position.

Josh Meenan (Northern Ireland) 15 years old 46-48 OVR 72-78 POT.
                - The young boy from Northern Ireland has natural talents at keeper, but his future will be determined on how much he grows over the coming years since he is standing only 5'7" at the moment. If he hits a growth spurt as expected, his future seems bright.

Luke McClure (Northern Ireland) 16 years old 57-61 OVR 90-94 POT.
                - Has the look of a natural winger on the pitch. He favors the left side, and has the potential to be one of the best to ever come through Exeter City.

Paddy McEleney (Northern Ireland) 16 years old 49-51 OVR 74-80 POT.
                - Another giant in the academy to challenge for the keeper position of the future. Standing at 6'3" he isn't quite as tall as Tootle, but has plenty of the height required for his position.

Exeter City Player of the Month

                Jamie Reid

Jamie Reid had a great month scoring 5 goals in all competitions while leading Exeter up another spot to second in the table. He also secured his place as the leader for League 1 in assists proving his worth as a playmaker for this Exeter squad.

                Press Conference

Thank you everyone for being here today. I hope you all had a great holiday. It feels good to watch the table start solidifying itself and we feel confident in where we are. With the new year coming I think this club is poised to make a significant run. I will open it up to questions now.

Q: Tex, you have closed the gap with Sheffield in that top spot. Do you think that is is reasonable that you will be able to catch them? It is surprising as is that a newly promoted team is where you are, but to finish on top would be unbelievable.

A: Unbelievable why? Have you not watched us this season? I see no reason to believe we couldn't be the best club in the league by the end of the season, we are certainly playing like it lately. We have our sights set on that spot right now and we won't rest until the last game of the season is played.

Q: Reports are coming out that you have called Leon Robinson up to the senior squad. With Ribeiro and Butterfield already entrenched in that right back spot this is surprising since he would surely not be seeing much time on the pitch. Do you expect Robinson to be able to contribute right away, or was there something else behind his promotion?

A: Leon is a very talented kid and he has been in the club's plans for the future for some time now. He has been getting anxious waiting for his call up lately, but that is to be expected. In fact I take that as a good sign. Good players want to play and to contribute, and he has a chance to be a great player for us. We will find time for him out there this season, but we will see to what extent that goes.

Q: The transfer window is now open, are there any big moves planned, or will we be seeing any players leaving the club this month?

A: As of right now the only player we expect to be leaving is Craig Woodman. That isn't to say any other moves won't be made. We will just have to wait and see how the month plays out and who is available that we like. I am perfectly happy to move forward with the squad as it is since I think we have enough quality to win the league. Our plans will take shape as the month goes along.

That is all I have time for today. Thank you for being here, and I hope you all are looking forward to the new year as much as I am. I think this will be a great year for Exeter City.

Does anyone know how to get back the original default squads

I restarted my fifa and saw that the default squads have now included the transfers on deadline day e.g. Falcao to Man Utd, Song to West Ham etc.

does anyone know how to fix it

I have tried to reset the squads and discontected xbox live but nothing

Pretty sure it was included as part of a game update. You'd need to delete your game data, or whatever it's called on Xbox. Basically, delete the patch files. You can always re-install the patch and play connected online after starting the career and making an initial save.

Thanks Indi I'll try that but if worst comes to worst I can play with the squads and turn off the the first transfer window or something like that.

I can never bring myself to close the first window, even if it's completely unrealistic to see Rooney move to Madrid or whatever. Stupid transfers are going to happen in the next window anyway, so I figure why stack the odds against myself just for six months of realism. I think the only time I've ever gone ahead with it was my career with Villarreal.

Been reading my old Brighton updates. So many feels for Buckley and Lord Bendtner. That bicycle kick against United, who remembers that?

It is a crime against the forum if you were here and you don't remember that.

Yes, yes it is. I remember it as vividly as my own goals. It was Brighton. You are banished young ChicoBass. Except if you come back saying you rented Last of Us
