    Best team in the world?

Might buy Robben next season, push Bale to the midfield.. but idk where to put Kroos. Marcelo is injured that's why you see Arbeloa.

If your formation uses CDM's(Take my Monaco career for example) DO NOT play them wide(I see people do this constantly while playing FUT) Because this leaves your Defenders to have to constantly clear the ball. As for your Attackers(CAM's Strikers, and Forwards) Only bring them back if you have someone that is to agile for a midfielder to contain.

Maybe a better RB? Other than that it is a monstrous team, How the hell did you get Messi to move?

        Hmm.. better RB.. Abala maybe?

I offered Barcelona 156M + Modric, they accepted. Offered Messi a $1.5M contract. He accepted on first try. lol

I switched to a 4-4-2 with two holding midfielders and two wide midfielders. It makes for a much different attacking dynamic since you have to play from the wings since you have no CAM, but having the two midfielders in the back helps to improve the defense in the final third. I try to use 1 defensively minded CDM, and then try to use a box-to-box type midfielder to pair with them so I can get some help building up the middle.

Like I said though, it does take away from the attacking options. It's all about give and take, there's really no one perfect formation.

Wow a massive fee and contract!

De Sciglio is a great RB too.

Hmmm, I guess it can't hurt to try that formation. I have some good wide players in Dyer, Redmond and Montero + alot of CMs so I should have the personal.

St. Pauli Player of the Month

                    Rubio Rubin

The man of the hour is none other than Rubio Rubin. He had a hand in both goals in the Deutscher Pokal final victory over Bayern, assisting one and scoring the other. His winner came late in the match as St. Pauli was able to hold off Bayern afterwards for the win.

                    Press Conference
Q: Congratulations on a wonderful win in the Deutscher Pokal final over Bayern Munich. How are you feeling after winning your first piece of major hardware with St. Pauli?

A: It feels great! This is a wonderful accomplishment, especially for a club who only this season became a top division club. We put in a lot of hard work for this, and it's amazing to see it pay off like this. Bayern is one of the toughest opponents we could have come against, and we had yet to beat them in any competition. There's a first time for everything though, and I am glad that it came in this moment.

Q: You had a chance in your last match to move into the top 6 if you had won by at least 3 goals. Unfortunately you lost 2-1 dropping you down to 8th. Are you disappointed to finish outside of the top 6?

A: Yes, I would say that it is disappointing. We were in position for it for the majority of the season, even sitting as high as 4th at times. To have dropped to 8 was all due to our terrible form over the last 3 months. Consistency will be the key moving forward though, and I know that we will come back better next season.

Q: Even though you missed the Europa League spot, you still qualified through your win in the Duetscher Pokal. How big is it for this club to be playing in European competition next season? And what expectations do you have for the club?

A: I am thrilled that we were able to still find a way in after falling apart in league play. This will certainly be a big challenge, especially with the amount of added fixtures, but we are up for it. I think we will have a good shot at getting out of the group stages, and if we can do that it's really anyone's competition to win at that point.

St. Pauli Player of the Year

                      Nadir Çiftçi

Nadir Çiftçi narrowly edged out the new man Michal Mak to lead the team in scoring for the year. However, it was his distribution that proved to be his strongest part of his game. He led the Bundesliga in assists on the year, and established himself as one of the most dynamic playmakers in the league over the course of the season.

                        October Update

                        Matchday 7
                        Southampton V Sunderland
                        0-1
A very disappointing defeat to say the least! Defoe scored in the 65th min due to a defense error. We did not play well and deserved the defeat.

                        Matchday 8
                        Spurs V Southampton
                        1-1
We came into the game knowing it would be a tough one and we were right! Spurs were all out attack they just attacked and attacked. We defended well most of the match other than the 12th min when Erikson scored a header. The Shane Long set up Ward-Prowse for a nice finish. That was about it then!

                        Matchday 9

                        Southampton V Stoke
                        1-1
A very slow first half with Begovic playing like Neuer and De Gea put together! The Moses scored a header in the 63rd min. Then a moment of excellence by Ryan Bertrand with a cross field through ball for Shane Long and Shane slot it home!

                        20-Hull

Overall a disappointing month especially the Sunderland match. Shame to get a draw at stoke and happy with Spurs. Strikers seem to shoot high when i play Mat Ryan and score. They seem to shoot low when i play Fraiser Forster and score. FRUSTRATING!

Tex, Congrats on the Cup win! And against Bayern of all teams! Really disappointing to not finish in the top 6 but hey you were only just promoted so 8th is still impressive! The cup win still got you into Europe so that doesn't really matter! Çiftçi has been an absolute beast for you again! Looking forward to season 3 and seeing you push on and hopefully finish in the top 6!

I'm very sorry for the lack of ManU updates, I haven't had time to play Fifa and I haven't played a single game in January yet. I'll do my best to have an update posted tomorrow or on Tuesday. Now, let's get to replying.

Titan, you're doing a good job with Southampton. You should be able to qualify föe the Champions League.

Keano, I suggest doing what Sportsfreak suggested. Keep the defenders in line, use R1 and use your midfielders to pressurize the opponent.

Kenny, bad luck missing fourth in the league but I sure you'll make it next season.

Tex, congratulations on beating Bayern and winning the cup! That's very impressive. It will be interesting to see how you'll manage with the Europa League games next season.

Sportsfreak, nice transfers with Monaco. The academy is amazing.

I have question for the CM guys here. How many of you really rely on the skill moves. I have been trying to get established with since Fifa 14 but really cannot master them. So I wanted to see how you guys implemented them in your strategy.

I also know I have not updated Man U lately, that because I really gotten into Dagenham. Just to let you know where I am with them. I decided that I would do with Dagenham like I was doing at Lugo make the team completely over with my scouted youth players. I finished season one that saw us win Championship 2 title. We also took the FA Cup a lot of big name clubs went down. In season two we lost a hard fight to Man U (ironically of all teams) in the community shield match. I have brought some decent talent, but I need to get top notch scout. I have good trio in three ordinal players that decided will be a part of team all the to BPL a few seasons down the road. They are Hines, Hemmings, and Chambers.
