Re: How's Your FIFA 14 Career Mode Going?
Depends what you are looking for. If you want a challenge try t be a Football League 2 team and move all the way to the top!Comment

Oh but I think starting at Football league 2 would be a little too challenging maybe I'll do a football league 1 or Championship league.Comment

Re: How's Your FIFA 14 Career Mode Going?
I have a problem, every time I end a season I lost my money, already tried the budget trick but I doesn't work. What I do?

I usually use it to give new contracts to anyone I think might ask for a raise next season and improve my scouts. I doubt the "trick" as well.Comment

Re: How's Your FIFA 14 Career Mode Going?
You definitely end up with a pretty ragged squad quickly too. I was begging for the January transfer window so I could patch some leaks with loans. With two league games a week, and sometimes a cup game, the strain on already shallow squads is rough. I often had to start exhausted players for less than a half just because I needed to limit the exposure of a 44 ovr LB to the play on the pitch, or run a 47ovr striker around uselessly for most of the match, and sub in the gassed first choice guy late in hopes of stealing a win. The little details and minimizing strategies really seem to matter.
I just milked whatever I could out of my better players—30 minutes, 25, whatever. Just to try and pounce on teams early, substitute the garbage in, and go into a shell for sixty minutes. Or, try to hold it at 0-0 and sub in the decent players late and try for a late flurry. Nothing mattered against Southampton in the FA Cup though. My team looked like mere children in losing 4-0.
I had a hell of a time with injuries too. Some guys in League 2 are just made of glass, and then the strain of them going down puts more strain on the healthy guys. October and November I had a constant stream of guys going out with knocks, and then come December I was decimated by non-contact injuries from running guys down to the bone.
I did make it to January in third place though, and brought in some really young kids from BPL clubs. They have no idea what is in store for their poor, youthful, bodies.Comment

Good season for the team. Was a shame to have to sell Perez but I desperately needed money and was offered 3 million for him w/o posting him on TL. Have a lot of talented youngsters in the pipeline and given my lack of promotion, an unsure budget for 2015-16. May add 1 player or stand pat in next transfer window, will mainly use it to loan out some of the youth call-ups which were desperately needed for depth during the season but won't get enough PT at Everton. The two star RM's just promoted from the youth team Aldair and Alvarez are going to be excellent. The young LB Jon Thompson is only a 60 but with loads of potential, possible loan candidate as well.
The three teams with the 3 starting lineups of created players fared as follows (see my previous post for details):
Liverpool - Won FL Championship - Promoted to BPL - 110 Points
Preston - 2nd in FL Championship - Promoted to BPL - 96 Points
Shrewsbury - 2nd in FL League 1 - Promoted to FL Championship
Developing the youth program I want to is taking a bit longer than anticipated, still working out the kinks, will simulate 3rd season tomorrow and then will play seasons 4-15 on World Class 10 min Halves. Cheers!Comment

Re: How's Your FIFA 14 Career Mode Going?
I like the contrast I have between my 2 career modes. Crystal Palace being my relegation battle one (even though I placed 9th in my first season) trying to get them into Euro which I have by losing 2-0 in the FA cup final to Man United, then Champions Leahue and then hopefully the league title. And with Arsenal already having a great squad to improve on and going for the title. I enjoy having the 2Comment

It's possible to see players potential in-game? I can only found the player potential in Youth Squad .Comment
