Thanks. I am going to try and bring those in, and Razak on a permanent deal. McGeouch will also be approached to sign permanently at the end of the season. Bigirimana actually was a Coventry youth academy product! The bump to legendary was for exactly that reason. After dominating opposition in this career and in my Liverpool one, I felt it was time for change.

Thanks. That's the way I play. Never give up. Even when I'm 3 or 4 nil up, I still go for more. Hope you liked your cameo in my career haha.

Haha definitely did. I had been planning on doing the same thing but the people that had a career in England stopped posting, and well you were in the prem with Liverpool long ways away from me in League 1. Funny thing is, I have Liverpool up next in the Capital One Cup and my next league game is against Coventry. Looking forward to our match! Haha

We won't let our guard down in the final two minutes this time around

My player of the season was probably Carvalho who was solid defensively and chipped in with 9 goals and 11 assists going forward.

            Man United 85 (pts)
            Man City - 76

              Making Them Dream
              SEASON 4

              Match 7

              Liverpool 4-0 Sunderland
              Balotelli 10
              Shaw 36
              Schar 63
              Ronaldo 76

Balotelli opened the scoring after out muscling the defender and smashing into the top corner. Shaw then scuffed a shot under the keeper to make it 2. Schar headed in the third from a corner before Ronaldo curled in a magnificent 4th goal.

              Match 8

              Manchester City 2-1 Liverpool
              Sturridge 16
              Negredo 74
              M'Vila 87

The winning streak is over. We took the lead through Sturridge but City came back fighting. Negredo smashed in before M'Vila won it late on with a rebound goal.

              World Cup Qualifiers

              England 1-3 Belgium
              Benteke 16
              Benteke 59
              Bruno 66
              Jones 90

We did not deserve to lose, but we didn't take our chances and in Belgium's few chances, they took them. Benteke headed in twice and Bruno scored a scrappy goal. We got a consolation through a Phil Jones header.

              Wales 1-1England
              Lansbury 45
              Bale 87 (pen)

Lansbury gave us the lead with a brilliant volley into the top corner. Wales got the equaliser through an undeserved penalty. Cahill clearly got the ball but was sent off and a penalty was given. Walcott was then took out and injured at the other end, but they got a free kick?!

              Match 9

              Liverpool 5-1 Spurs
              Eriksen 6
              Ronaldo 15
              Rodriguez 37
              Pastore 39
              Balotelli 57 (pen)
              Ronaldo 86

Eriksen gave Spurs an early lead with a header but Ronaldo equalised with a header of his own. Rodriguez gave us the lead after running clear and when Kane gave the ball away from kick off we played the ball to Pastore to fire in. Balo scored a penalty for a trip by Danny Rose before Ronaldo curled in to complete the rout.

              Champions League Match 3

              Liverpool 3-1 Milan
              Balotelli 15
              Rodriguez 31
              Rodriguez 80
              Rodriguez 86

Balo gave us the lead with a header against his former club. Rodriguez then made it 2 with a shot from distance. He made sure of victory after beating Godin a curling in. Milan's own Rodriguez got a consolation with a rebound goal.

              Match 10

              Aston Villa 1-2 Liverpool
              Ronaldo 9
              Delph 21
              Balotelli 54

Ronaldo gave us the lead, smashing in from the edge of the box. Delph equalised with a deflected effort before Balo won it with an outside of the foot stunner from 30 yards.

              League Cup Round 4

              Liverpool 3-0 Arsenal
              Ronaldo 18
              Rodriguez 53
              Ronaldo 82

Ronaldo scored 2 headers either side of a stunning solo goal by Rodriguez, beating defenders with skills and curling into the top corner.

              Match 11

              Liverpool 3-0 Reading
              Ronaldo 16
              Schar 47
              Rodriguez 66

Ronaldo curled in the first before Schar headed in from a corner won by Balotelli. Rodriguez made it 3 by smashing in after being played through by Verratti.

              Thoughts

Another excellent month, but one thing scarred it. The end of the streak, the winning streak of brilliance. Legendary hasn't really affected this career because of the quality of my side.

HEY guys. Hope you get to answer this one quickly.

I'm thinking of making another Career Mode, preferably Serie A(but Bundesliga could be considered). Looking at Roma, Fiorentina, AC Milan at the moment. (Leverkusen in the background also)

I'd like a team with some key players that the roster could be shaken up. As well as a good enough budget.

                Much appreciate replies, thanks!

                  Back story
Soo after all the transfer dramas and not knowing what to do I've settled with a career mode with Southampton, but I'm doing it like a life with Southampton after lovren, shaw, Lallana and lambert as they will all probably leave/have left in this transfer window,
I went simming the first season just to get to the second season to sell them just like real life, I disabled the first summer transfer window and didn't buy anyone other than martial due to me selling lambert for like 6-7 mill in January ( I was going to get rid of him anyways so thought id take that much for the 31 year old) backstory finished

Right I finished in 12 position after simming all games and kept the job with Southampton calling it a super season. I am now in the second season summer transfer window and I am now selling all of those stated above and will be looking for suitable replacements. At the moment I am thinking okore and the CB from Nantes whose name escapes me, or someone like caulker ( I'm still looking ) but yeah I will report back hopefully with some art and a better layout to report with.
PS: hope yous can take an interest in my career mode as I haven't seen one like this some with Southampton.

OK, so I've decided to scratch the Yeovil idea. I just hate the whole career mode. It bores me soooo much. I'm going to have a go a few other ideas I've had and probably post the one I enjoy. Sorry for the wait.

In Italy I like Roma, since historically they're a great club but the spotlight is usually on Juve, Milan and Inter. Plus they have Totti!

On the other hand, Milan has been disappointing in recent times. They have a great squad but they don't achieve what is expected from them. They're goalkeepers are aging and will need to be replaced, Kaka is great but is also getting on the older side. So, I think I would go with Milan.

Re: How's Your FIFA 14 Career Mode Going?

I'm currently loving my career with Wimbledon, however I already have my backup options in case I end up getting bored here.

Bradford City: Really like the kits and have pretty good players for League 1.

Leeds United: This is the one I'm leaning towards the most. My longest career mode ever was with them (FIFA 13) but I only made it to the end of my 3rd season before I accidentally deleted it. I was almost in shock when I noticed I had just deleted it. I was waiting for a 15 year old Scottish defensive minded player who had really high potential and his overall was already in the 70s at just 15! I'm pretty sure he was already playing for Scotland even though I hadn't promoted him yet. Unfortunately, I was never able to see him in action so I would like to continue that. Their kits look better than last years so that's another plus. Some of the players that were vital in that career are unfortunately no longer in the game (Iker Guarrotxena and Fillipo Boniperti for example) but Conor Coady is still in the game and he was a very important player for me. It should even be easier to sign him now since in the game he's with Sheffield now instead of Liverpool. I would love to take this team again.

In the meantime, I'm still very much enjoying Wimbledon. I received an attractive offer from Wales but I think I'm gonna reject it. Managing international teams makes the season longer because of the extra games. If I was to accept it, I would only stay for the duration of my contract. Since you can't scout youth in Wales, there's really no way to think long term with them. What do you guys think?

                            Milan is interesting.

Maybe it's time to up the difficulty? I only use sliders to decrease injuries for both teams and play on world class, but I don't feel like every match is the same at all.

Jeez I havnt been here in a while!

Started up an AC Milan career mode yesterday

Simulated the first season with the current squad not making any changes so I can catch up to real life time and my simulation saw Milan win the league, lose in the final of the domestic cup to Juventus and lose in the Champions League round of 16 to Manchester City.

I just finished the first transfer window in the second season

Here is my outs and ins:

                              In:
                              Lorenzo Insigne
                              Andrea Pirlo
                              Jorginho
                              Nkoulou
                              Angelo Ogbonna
                              Alessio Cerci

Oh BTW I got a budget of 50 million pounds in the second season thanks to the wages trick and me not spending anything in the first season that's how I was able to afford all those players
Did a few swaps as well so if any Milan players are missing that I didn't talk about they were in a swap deal (Robinho was in the Veratti one and Kaka in a straight swap for Insigne that's all I can remember)
