Lmfao, I think I came late 200's, not too sure. Obviously, some of you have been around since the beginning of this treasured forum
with some tasty stories. Anyways, anyone happen to contact a forum mod yet to see if they can change the title to "How's your FIFA Career Mode Going? Cool Kid Club Only" ? I think the second part is necessary... we all know about those guys on the other forums. Actually I don't, and I have no idea what I'm rambling on about just in one of those moods right now lol

The activity here really has died down lately like Tex said, until now that everyone's came back
, but be aware that as soon as '15 comes out this place is gonna get super crowded. Also, don't be surprised if one of the new people/temporary-FIFA-player-that-only-plays-when-the-game-comes-out comes in and makes a "How's Your FIFA 15 Career Mode Going" without even checking us out first. If that does happen, I won't be going anywhere. I'll stay right here 
it'll keep the non-cool kids out anyway haha

Alright so a bit of an idea incoming that I expect to have zero success, but it may just bring some of the people lacking enthusiasm in FIFA to maybe have a bit more. For me, whenever I play someone on the forums team, it's a must win. Now take that and multiply it by about 100 when you're against a rival who is also on the forum. This is:
The Rival League
What will happen if this is popular, which I don't expect it to be because many people have CM's, but this is something I've wanted to do. We each start a career mode with the same league. However, it's our league. Say half of us pick teams, half of us pick rivals of those teams. This is the part we'd have to find out how to operate. The point is, every team that is controlled by someone in the forum, one of those teams rivals will also be controlled by someone in the forums. So say I pick Arsenal (Whaaat? Meee?) Then someone... would.. have.. to... pick... Spu- no I can't go on. I hope you picked that up. Or Porto/Benfica, City/United etc. You name it we get it. Just a draft that I wrote up, don't want to write the whole thing out if it isn't that popular, but I have many other ideas for this kinda stuff in my head if you want to know any of it.

As long as the Club is not spelled with a K, could be considered racist for obvious reasons, and was actually going to write is as "Kool Kid Klub" until I thought about it in my head and realized what the abbreviation would be. Yeah.. uh... not my best idea. I actually really like that we don't have that many mods around here, because we do end up posting a lot of off-topic posts that on other forums would be deleted because it's off topic, but here we do it a LOT, and it enhances the forum. I feel like posting one of these I'll wake up a moderator though so uh... lemme put something FIFA related in here. Really like a LOT of the classic kits on this game. Really may determine what team I end up picking in CM.

Haha yeah, I even picked him up in my Deportivo career as well.
In my Morecambe career I've tried to be a little more creative with my transfers and find real hidden gems, and it has made it a lot more fun.
Btw my most recent attacker signing, Nadir Ciftci, is an absolute beast.
He's got speed, strength, and 4 star skill moves. Listed as a striker, but also has either wing position as a secondary position.
He's my Turkish Ronaldo haha!Comment

Haha no unfortunately I've found the GTN to be essentially useless past the first year or so. It's through my own research into expiring contracts and what not trying to find good deals.Comment

Scratch the Rival League, a new idea has come to mind. It will work for all of you that are already in a career and don't want to start another. It'll basically be Fantasy Soccer [Football, whichever you prefer] but not really. Lol. I don't think that makes sense. But here's the jist. Everybody interested picks a team. They have that team with their right now squads. Based on what team you pick, I'll give you a budget. You can go to other teams controlled by one of us, and try to buy players off one another. You could even enquire if you would like... and if it's with me I'll be jacking the price up just like the computer will in FIFA.... That brings me to my next topic. Currency. I haven't put any thought into this, actually this is an idea that I came up with about 5 minutes ago and ran to my computer before I forgot. I think we should make our own fake currency to implement in. If you have any ideas on this I'm open to hear them. Basically I'd make a separate forum and that'd be like the news feed. If you have any official transfers, post them there. To discuss transfers with other managers, PM them. As the commissioner, I will take first pick with Arsenal. Don't try to get Welbeck, he is NOT for sale. Even after his 2 goal performance with England. Anyways, I think this could escalate to such a level where it basically is online career mode, just simming. What I will do is go through and watch the games play out CPU v CPU. You may say "That'd be boring for you" Well, I actually find it entertaining watching the CPU play against itself, and I'd really like to see how the new players performed together. I think that form could really impact the price of a player as well. I'll keep track of top scorers, leading assisters, etc. I just think this would be much better then Fantasy Soccer/Football because of the core we'd have in it. If you have any questions, ask. This system isn't perfect yet, and there's a lot of kinks to work out. I'll be honest, I think this is something big in the making. I just may have to copyright it on the OS forums.. I'll shut up now lmfao.
EDIT: As a Packers fan.. getting a bit worried about Matthew Stafford watching this MNF game...

Either one of your ideas would be cool to be honest with ya. But I really like the fantasy idea only problem is can we CPU vs CPU in Career mode this year. Because if so I am going to get so much further in career mode than I have this year. I don't mind, the squads aren't the BEST, but really don't mind. I actually kinda like watching the games play out. This is only going to happen if we have some of the people on the forum join up *COUUUUUGH Jamie Tex Vrabbit Chico Simp Indi Jwetson Solarios And more *COUUGH Man, I have a pretty long cough today
