Re: How's Your FIFA Career Mode Going?

Yo dudes, Dagenham first month is almost done, (20Minute halves are hard to do with school and work and everything.) But i tought i would do a 5 Minute Halves career mode with Man United, just because i would like to play with World class players aswell to mix it up, I know Rhino is doing one, but would it be ok if i did one aswell? Let me know

EDIT: I will try a Man City one first, But with the Fair play Policy(So I cannot pay more Than i sell)
, Or atleast not more than 25 Mil

          The Grecians

Exeter City Announces Ex-Morecambe Manager Tex Bumosix as Next Manager

The 4th tier of English Football was shocked when the series of events with Morecambe led to the resignation of the promising young manager, Tex Bumosix. After finishing at the top of the table in the 2013/14 campaign, Morecambe looked set to be playing in League One next season. It was not to be. An investigation into Morecambe uncovered irregularities in the financial statements, and the club was forced into Administration and penalized 10 points. The team that was set for the league championship, was now forced out of contention for a playoff spot. In a very tense and enraged interview, Tex Bumosix announced his resignation from the club effective immediately, citing that he could no longer trust the ownership after everything from the investigation was brought to light.

After leading Morecambe in a campaign that should have guaranteed promotion, Bumosix was a hot name in the league once he became available. After talks with several clubs, it was rumored that Bumosix was leaning in favor of taking over Exeter City. The official word has now come out that he will in fact be the next manager of the Grecians. We take you now to his press conference.

          Press Conference

Q: A lot of questions are flying around over the circumstances that led to your resignation from Morecambe. What was the ultimate cause for your departure?

A: It all comes down to trust. As a manager I need the trust of my ownership, and I feel that in return I will trust them as well to help me build a winning club. That trust was shattered once I learned that the Ownership was withholding profits and not reinvesting the money that I helped to earn for them back into the club. The greed of a few individuals ruined the otherwise great experience I had in my sole year there.

Q: What led you to Exeter City? What about the club was the deciding factor that made you choose them over the other clubs all vying for your services?

A: Exeter City had a lot of things going for them that I really liked. I consulted with several of my closest colleagues from around the league and there was one person in particular that really caught my attention with what they said. ChicoBass from Wimbledon spoke very passionately about working for a supporter owned club. He made me realize that what happened to Morecambe is something that would be unfathomable at a club run by their own supporters who make every decision as a whole, and not by just the whims of the few. After talking to Exeter's board who represented the Exeter City Supporter's Trust who own the club, I knew that this was the place for me to get a fresh start.

Q: Are there any ill feelings left with you towards Morecambe after the widely publicized split between you and the club? In your press conference announcing the resignation your anger was apparent in your words.

A: There's one thing I want to make absolutely clear, I harbor no ill feelings towards the supporters, and especially none towards the players. They should all be just as angry as I was over the situation. It all comes down to the owners and the decisions they made. I couldn't have asked for a better group of players, of for a more supporting fan base to introduce me to English football. They will always hold a special place in my heart.

Q: With Morecambe now in administration and needing funds, will you be targeting any of your old players now that several are sure to be on the market?

A: I still have to fully assess each member of my squad now at Exeter and decide on a few things. First what formation would be best for this club, and second what positions are needed to be improved upon. There are several players at Morecambe that I would absolutely love to have follow me, but it also has to make sense in terms of both need and in price. Everything will become a little clearer in the coming weeks not only for you all, but for myself as well. Decisions will be made all the way up until the clock hits zero to close the market.

Thank you everyone for coming out, but as you can all expect, I have a lot of work to do. I hope to accomplish many things for this club and help to bring in several trophies for Exeter City. I'll see you all next time.

Excellent choice, nice story. Congrats on that title with Morecambe, too! Massive achievement!

            FIFA 15 (PS3)

            November 2014

            EPL: Leicester 1-2 West Brom

It was a hotly contested game that saw no less than 11 bookings across both teams. Dean Hammond opened the scoring for the Foxes, but Stephane Sessegnon managed to get one back before the end of the first half. Brown Ideye rippled the net with a driven free kick from outside the box following a dangerous tackle from Esteban Cambiasso.

            EPL: West Brom 0-2 Newcastle

West Brom failed to score for the first time this season as the Magpies defence went into overdrive, blocking the Baggies attack from any easy route to goal. The hosts lost at home again after failing to produce the goods, while new signings Siem de Jong and Remy Cabella netted for the visitor.

            EPL: Chelsea 1-2 West Brom

A shock win for West Brom at Stamford Bridge means that the Baggies continue to hold on to ninth position. Craig Gardner opened his account at West Brom with a fine header following a tense first half, but Nemanja Matic equalised shortly before the hour mark. Stephane Sessegnon continues his fine form to grab all three points.

            EPL: West Brom 1-3 Arsenal

Yet another home loss sees West Brom going down to Arsenal, who had been struggling recently with three straight losses. Silvestre Varela's tap-in put the hosts 1-0 up at the break, but a Danny Welbeck brace combined with a penalty by Mesut Ozil to grant the Gunners a well-earned win.

            December 2014

COC: Crystal Palace 1-5 West Brom

West Brom finally found success after reverting to their diamond formation. Jonathan Williams opened for the hosts, but West Brom were only bolstered by the setback. Stephane Sessegnon bagged a hat-trick, as Brown Ideye and Victor Anichebe followed up with a goal each. The Baggies face Arsenal in their two-legged semi-final tie.

            EPL: Hull 2-3 West Brom

Another away win for West Brom goes slightly awry. After going 3-0 up thanks to a Stephane Sessegnon free kick and a brace from Brown Ideye, woeful defending from the Baggies allows Nikica Jelavic to score two in the last 20 minutes of the match.

EPL: West Brom 3-2 Aston Villa

Derby day does not disappoint, with rain falling from the skies and goals raining in at both ends. Benteke's early brace gave the visitors every chance of a win, but the hosts finally found some home form. Victor Anichebe scored a hat-trick, each goal assisted by Chris Brunt, to grab all the points in a crucial match.

Ideye ruled out with cruciate injury

It's likely to be the biggest injury blow for West Brom in ages, but in-form striker Ideye Brown has been ruled out of action for as long as seven months with an injury to his anterior cruciate ligament. The Nigerian went down during the derby against Aston Villa following a crunching tackle from Ron Vlaar, and had to be stretchered off before being taken to hospital, where scans showed high-grade damage to his ligaments and surrounding tissue. Having scored 11 goals in 15 appearances, it will be interesting to see whether young Saido Berahino can fill his boots, or whether the club will turn to a new forward in the January window to help them maintain what has been a good season.

            EPL: QPR 4-2 West Brom

A humiliating defeat against a newly-promoted QPR side gave West Brom their first away loss of the season. Eduardo Vargas scored a treble within 15 minutes to set the ball rolling, before Bobby Zamora made it 4-0 before half an hour had passed. Saido Berahino and Stephane Sessegnon pulled a goal back each, but it was not enough.

EPL: West Brom 4-3 West Ham

The goals continue to flow for West Brom, who pick up consecutive home wins for only the second time this season. Enner Valencia's first-half hat-trick is cancelled out by strikes from Youssouf Mulumbu, Victor Anichebe, and Saido Berahino. Stephane Sessegnon's free kick in stoppage time gives West Brom all the points.

EPL: West Brom 0-4 Man. City

The league leaders arrived at The Hawthorns meaning business, and they got what they came for. A brace from Stevan Jovetic, as well as goals from Yaya Toure and Edinson Cavani, ensured that they continued their fine scoring form while West Brom still struggle.

            EPL: Stoke 1-2 West Brom

Jon Walters had an eventful first half, scoring the opener with his head before picking up two bookings within the first 30 minutes. Saido Berahino equalised for the visitors before the break, and Stephane Sessegnon grabbed the winner with a brilliant solo effort midway through the last 45.

            Lescott returns to training

Boosting hopes among West Brom's staff, players and fans alike, Joleon Lescott has resumed attending sessions at the club's Walsall training facility. The defender took part in minor drills before doing separate yoga and weight work on his own, pairing up with one of the club's physios for added motivaton and guidance.

"Jo's looking to make a comeback into the team quite soon, but Indi would definitely take his time easing him back into competitive matches," said West Brom fitness coach Matt Green. "We can expect him to be back in the swing of things by the end of this month."

            January 2015

EPL: West Ham 3-3 West Brom

The match was tense enough to rival West Brom's earlier game against Leicester, with 10 bookings across the board, most of them with the home side. Andy Carroll scored a brace, setting up Carlton Cole for the third. For the visitors, a Saido Berahino brace and Chris Brunt's free kick were the highlights of this thrilling match.

            Questions persist over Foster, Yacob

Ben Foster is thought to be on his way out of West Brom this summer, with club officials said to be holding him responsible for a large portion of the team's nearly 40 goals conceded in the league alone. While an able stopper, Foster's positioning and handling are thought to be far below par, while he has misplaced nearly a dozen passes that have each resulted in direct goals for the opposition.

Claudio Yacob, despite playing regularly, continues to express his feelings of being threatened by the presence of a powerful Youssouf Mulumbu, who has grown tremendously thus far and made the defensive midfield position his own. Yacob has been relegated to central defence to cover for Joleon Lescott's injury, but since the Englishman has returned to training, the Argentine has once more felt the need to seek out assurances over his role in and worth to the team.

            FAC: West Brom 4-2 Oldham

Once more, Oldham have been knocked out of a domestic cup competition by West Brom in a high-scoring match, this time at The Hawthorns. Jonathan Forte and Liam Kelly scored for the away side, while Saido Berahino bagged a treble and set up Victor Anichebe for the home team's fourth.

            COC: Arsenal 0-2 West Brom

In what has been their best performance so far this season, an inspired West Brom kept a clean sheet at one of Europe's most challenging stadiums, with Ben Foster making seven fine saves. At the other end, Stephane Sessegnon and Saido Berahino scored vital away goals during the first leg of this semi-final tie.

Sako to join West Brom in summer

Wolverhampton winger Bakary Sako has agreed a pre-contract deal that will see him move to The Hawthorns this summer on a five-year agreement. Sako, who has just a couple of caps for the Mali senior side, is one of the Football League's most talented wide men. It was always likely that Wolves would have trouble holding on to the player past this year, and their greatest fears were realised when Black Country rivals West Brom swooped in to seal the free transfer. The move is not likely to go down well with Sako's current set of fans.

"Bakary Sako has agreed a provisional deal that will see him sign a permanent contract with West Bromwich Albion once his current terms with Wolverhampton Wanderers expires in June of this year. We are excited to bring a player of his quality and talent to the team, and hope that he will contribute to the next step of our growth," said a statement from West Brom Chairman Jeremy Peace.

            EPL: Everton 2-2 West Brom

The points were shared once again as Everton and West Brom played out a score draw. Ross Barkley bagged a brace for the Toffees, moving to 15 goals and the top spot on the scoring charts. Victor Anichebe headed in against his former side, while Stephane Sessegnon continued his fine form with a curling free kick from some distance.

            EPL: West Brom 4-2 Hull

Yannick Sagbo and Hatem Ben Arfa scored for the visitors within the first 15 minutes, but the Frenchmen could do no more damage as West Brom bagged four to come from behind with another home win. Stephane Sessegnon, Victor Anichebe, and Saido Berahino (2) were the scorers for the Baggies.

            Myhill to depart for Italy

Boaz Myhill has signed a pre-contract agreement with Serie A club Hellas Verona to join them once his current deal with West Brom expires this summer. The Welshman has found game time difficult to come by despite Ben Foster's up-and-down form, making just three appearances for the club since the start of the season, and will be looking forward to a new phase of his career.

            COC: West Brom 1-1 Arsenal

Following a masterclass in the first leg, West Brom faced a renewed Arsenal in snowy conditions. Danny Welbeck scored with 20 minutes played to give his side hope, but West Brom prevented further chances. With 30 minutes gone, Georgios Samaras came on and scored his first goal, sending the Baggies to the final of the Capital One Cup!

Baggies land major coup with Milner signing

In what could very well be the steal of the year, West Brom have signed James Milner from Manchester City on a pre-contract basis. The in-form Englishman, who has 11 goals and 8 assists in 20 league games, is one of the most energetic wingers in the game. Equally capable of operating in the centre of midfield, he is as versatile as he is talented.

"I'm thrilled that James has agreed to join us next summer," said Indi Blue. "We sat down, and he seemed very excited to be joining our project. James is a very rare breed of player, not motivated by money or trophies, but a desire to make his side better than before. He's not always been about playing for the best team, but about making his team the best. I'm excited to be getting a player of that calibre, and to get him on a free transfer is just a steal."

              Overview

Another good month with great progress in the cups making the Capital One Cup final and the 5th round of the F.A. cup. Only 2 league games played this month which resulted in us dropping position but if we win our game in hand its back in the top 4. 2 crucial games next as we are away to Newcastle and Home against Man City.
Some good transfer business as we have lost 2 29-30 year old players and bought in 2 younger replacements and both rated only one less than the outgoing players but with good potential growth.
The young CB I signed from Copenhagen looks a future beast of a player with 85+ sprint speed and acceleration and 90+ strength.
Some great business done early for next season too signing Delph and Ayew on pre contracts to strengthen the squad and add more quality.

                  FIFA 15 - Season 1

                  The Grecians

Exeter City Brings Rising Star In On Loan, Bumosix Signs Two Familiar Faces

In his first bit of Transfer business since taking over, Bumosix brought in promising Premier League youngster James Wilson on loan to spearhead the attack. It is considered a major win for Exeter with Wilson being touted as a future star in the Premier League for Manchester United. Bumosix was able to take advantage of the amount of playing time Exeter could offer Wilson with United bringing in Falcao to compete for time with star strikers Wayne Rooney and Robin Persie.

The next move for Exeter was to complete a double raid of Bumosix's old club, Morecambe, as their players hit the transfer market with Morecambe looking to add funds as they work their way out of administration. Midfielder Ryan Williams and Defender Mark Hughes will be following their old manager to begin a fresh start at Exeter City. They were both vital players to Morecambe's campaign last season, and hope to continue that form at their new club.

                  James Wilson

The 18 year old striker from Manchester United will be joining Exeter on loan for the season. Wilson made his debut for United's senior squad at the end of last season, scoring a brace on his debut. It appeared that his chances in the senior side would increase this season, until United scored the late signing of Radamel Flacao. Tex Bumosix moved quickly with the promise of playing time and United agreed to send him on loan. Wilson will be the first choice striker for Exeter and should see plenty of opportunity to advance his game.

                  Ryan Williams

Ryan Williams joined Morecambe in 2012, and became a vital piece in Tex Bumosix's side last season. He played in the #10 role, becoming one of the league leaders in assists for League 2. It was evident that the manager valued his playmaking abilities, and hope that he can carry that over to Exeter City now. Depending on the formation Bumosix chooses for the club, Williams could find himself in a very similar role to the one he played last season.

                  Mark Hughes

A big signing for Bumosix as he reached an agreement to bring in his captain from last season, Mark Hughes. Hughes was a rock in the center of the defense all season for a Morecambe squad that allowed the fewest goals in League 2. Making the most appearances for the club last season, he was very consistent as captain for the club. Morecambe would have surely liked to hold on to him, but the money was enough to convince them to let him go. Hughes will be partnering with captain Scot Bennett to form a defensive duo that Bumosix hopes will have similar success to his league leading Morecambe squad of last season.

For me its Liverpool's Markovic. For some reason he has the dribbling of a god and speed close to Bolt. Only problem is that his finishing isn't that great really but then you can just use him to get up the flanks and cross in fine.

Yep it is definitely going to be rewarding for me to the win the league this season. I have found that professional difficulty is pretty damn competitive this year. And man I wish the creative ability to come up with stories like your intro to your Exeter career.

And to whoever asked one of the players I like the best is Robben. I can execute dribble moves galore with that man. In the PSG game last I decided to player lock as Robben just to give me a different experience. And man could I dribble with that fella. I had a one on one going down the right hand side and I dribbled around him and finished it with a toe poke goal.

Just want to give a quick update on where I am with Wales. Like stated in my last update, I am going into my first tour of duty with them. So my group consists of Belgium, Wales, England, Portugal, Northern Ireland and Romania. The results were very surprising to me given this group of death.

Thanks, I really enjoyed this career. I never thought I would stick with it for as long as I did. By far the most invested into a career I have ever gotten. I'm really hoping to take that to the next level now with this new one and to get myself even deeper into it.

I'm excited to get a chance to start playing against Dagenham again as well! Always adds an extra factor to the game when I know it's against someone else on this thread's team.
