    I've been doing a Dagenham CM for a while now in FIFA 14, I'm in my 3rd season in the championship now. The most common answer to this question will be that I'm doing a Dagenham CM and therefore you should ask me, so consider this my blessing to carry on.

    It's actually cool to see others have an interest in Dagenham. You're gonna fall in love with Ogogo in no time!

        September 2018 - Season 6
        FIFA '14

        AFC Wimbledon 3 - 3 Fulham
        WIM: Eaves 14' Rhodes 42' L. Moore 83'
        FUL: Cisse 20' 48' Briggs 90'
        Eaves had an incredible debut with the B team scoring his first goal with the Wombles. The smile didn't last too long, as Fulham equalized just six minutes later. Youth academy graduate Dean Rhodes scored the first goal of his senior career with Wimbledon, but again Fulham equalized just six minutes later. Wimbledon were desperate for their first league win and Luke Moore almost gave it to them by scoring an incredible goal from outside the box. Again, Fulham managed to equalize the match but this time 7 minutes later instead of six. The match ended right after Fulham's goal and Chavez was pretty close to pulling the hair out of his head.

        Capital One Cup - Round 2
        Carlisle United 0 - 1 AFC Wimbledon
        WIM: Richards 90'
        Last season the Wimbledon strikers were scoring on Manchester City in the Euro League Final, this season they can't even score on Carlisle United. In fact Carlisle were pretty close to eliminating Wimbledon had they taken advantage of their chances. Tom Richards was brought into the match in the second half and it was he who gave Wimbledon the lead. It's not just Gornell and Paterson struggling to hit the target, even Max Clayton, the super sub, has had trouble getting shots on target and he no longer worries opposing teams. We have no idea why Wimbledon have had horrible luck in front of goal but we're hoping Chavez will be enforcing shooting practices throughout the week to fix this.

        AFC Wimbledon 1 - 2 West Ham
        WIM: Tafazolli 36'
        WHU: Hooper 58' Taison 89'
        Once again the Dons strikers are in such terrible form that a defender was the one to get a goal. West Ham's Hooper equalized in the second half with an incredible chip over the Wimbledon goalkeeper and then Taison grabbed a late goal to sink Wimbledon in the league table. In the final minutes of the match Chavez changed formation from a 3-1-4-2 to a 3-4-1-2 in an attempt to get the winning goal, but Diego Ortiz who was subbed in to be the CAM was unable to get any good touches in the game and the Wimbledon attack had nothing behind it other than numbers. The Man of The Match award was given to the Hammers' goalkeeper who recorded a total of 10 saves in the match. According to my sources, Chavez received a message from the board after this match informing him that fans are beginning to lose their patience with him and they need to see some changes. Times are hard at the Wimbledon camp.

        Champions League - Group Stage
        AFC Wimbledon 4 - 2 Borussia Dortmund
        WIM: Gornell 14' 24' Paterson 45' Harvey 89'
        BVB: Carroll 39' Reus 44'
        Finally, a breath of fresh air for Wimbledon. The win was hard fought, first going up 2-0 and then Andy Carroll scoring a goal for the Germans by bringing a corner kick down with his chest at the heart of the box, even taking an extra touch on the ground, and then shooting from short distance to score. Just 5 minutes later Reus equalized the match through an outstanding, curved free kick. Callum Paterson was able to finally get his 2nd goal of the year by heading in a perfect cross from Elliott Hewitt. Hearts were pounding in nervousness as it looked like Wimbledon would be victims of yet another late goal but surprisingly the late goal came from one of their own! Tyler Harvey took an amazing shot just outside of the box which hit the post and went in, impossible for the Dortmund goalkeeper. The Dons finished the match with 63% possession and truly deserved the win. Wimbledon have started their run in the group of death on the right foot by defeating one of the favorites to go to the next round. The Dons may be struggling severely in the Premier League, currently in relegation zone, but at least the Champions League will give the board a few more arguments to give Chavez more time.

        Reading 0 - 1 AFC Wimbledon
        WIM: Gornell 72'
        We had to check the scoreline twice after the final whistle. We couldn't believe it at first, but Wimbledon have finally taken their first 3 points of the season! Many fans won't be happy that Chavez was asking for the time when playing against a recently promoted club, but a win is a win and Wimbledon have only been able to obtain two draws and two losses before this match. The win takes Wimbledon out of the relegation zone, and also gives Chavez a little more job security.

        Capital One Cup - Round 3
        AFC Wimbledon 3 - 1 Notts County
        NTS: Vela 45'
        WIM: James 61' Clayton 74' 88'
        The oldest football club in the world at a professional level, Notts County, gave the Wimbledon B team quite a scare when they went ahead through a mistake from Adam Cowie. Luke James and Tom Eaves were creating plenty of danger up front but the Notts goalkeeper wouldn't give up the clean sheet until James was finally able to score his first goal of the season. Max Clayton came onto the field in the second half and the first ball he touched resulted in a goal by sending a well placed shot towards the keeper's far post. About 14 minutes later Wimbledon had a break through and sent Clayton on a counter attack. The young English striker raced past his marker then cut to his right, and took almost the exact same shot as his first goal and scored his second, giving the Dons a comfortable lead and ultimately the victory.

        AFC Wimbledon 2 - 0 Southampton
        WIM: Eaves 37' 81'
        Chavez fielded the B team for the second match in a row, a risky move as only 2 points separated his team from Southampton on the league table. The B team did not let their coach down, and took a solid win home allowing the Wombles to climb over Southampton on the table. Despite what the scoreline shows, Southampton were extremely close to winning or at least equalizing the match as they recorded 12 shots versus Wimbledon's 7. Multiple last minute slide tackles from the Wimbledon defenders allowed Cowie to keep a clean sheet. Youth academy graduate Dean Rhodes was tasked with man marking ex-Liverpool striker Caio and he did so brilliantly, always getting in the right position and not allowing Caio to face the goal or get into his sprint, knowing that Caio is much faster than him. Rhodes left everything he had on the field until Chavez took him off at the 78th minute for Danny Wilson, noticing that Rhodes was getting too tired for any more sprints. His mark was passed over to Tom Lees who ensured that Rhodes hard work wasn't in vain and kept Caio at bay.

        Euro Cup Qualifiers
        Matches took place after Carlisle United match

        Scotland 2 - 2 Sweden
        SWE: Mitrovic 9' Tibbling 90'
        SCO: Wilson 12' Paterson 90'
        Scotland barely managed to escape with a draw today by surprisingly equalizing when we all thought the referee would surely blow the whistle after Sweden's late goal. Paterson may have scored the equalizing goal, but we cannot ignore the fact that he played a very poor match tonight. Paterson has been struggling to adapt to English football after being the joint top scorer at the World Cup, and it looks like his poor form has carried over to the national team. The good news will be Wimbledon's Danny Wilson not only making his international debut under Chavez but also scoring a goal. The defender has been in fine form with Wimbledon even though this season he is playing a lesser role than last season.

        Belgium 2 - 2 Scotland
        SCO: Jack 13' Paterson 90'
        BEL: De Bruyne 37' Benteke 88'
        A rematch of the World Cup Semi Final where again Scotland was barely able to escape with the win, but they'll be happy knowing that they were finally able to score on Belgium. Ryan Jack surprised us all by scoring with a header, since Belgium's defenders are much bigger and stronger than he is. Paterson grabbed a late goal but once again he had a poor match. Things are not looking good for Paterson especially with Johnny Russell and Jordan Rhodes waiting on the sidelines for an opportunity to redeem themselves.

        ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
        The Dons have had a rough start to the season but finishing the month with their first two league wins should boost morale and return confidence to many who are lacking it. The last match against Southampton was played by the B team, but Luke James did not play and it was Callum Paterson who was the second striker with Tom Eaves. This has lead us to believe that Luke James will once again be returning to the first team and Paterson will be demoted to the B team. Paterson has been a great team player but Chavez has not been happy with his finishing in front of goal. James had a rough start in the preseason but now that he's finally found the net, his return seems more probable.
        The loss of Harry Pell due to a broken toe struck many as he is one of the most important players of this team, but youth academy graduate Scott Moore has done an exceptional job filling in at CDM. The young Scottish midfielder may not have Pell's strength or stamina, but he exceeds at recovering the ball in midfield and at 6'2", only two inches shorter than Pell, he can easily challenge for any header.
        The next match on the calendar for Wimbledon is a Champions League group stage match against Spanish powerhouse Real Madrid and then a league match against relegation zone club Aston Villa. The Dons continue to progress in the Capital One Cup where they will face none other than Gornell's ex-club, Cheltenham Town. It would be a very important match for the Wimbledon captain, but knowing Chavez he will most likely field the B team due to tight scheduling.
        Surprising news from Scotland, Callum Paterson has been left out of the roster for the upcoming Euro Cup Qualifiers matches. Tony Watt, who has yet to debut with Scotland under Chavez, has been called up in Paterson's place.
        "Come on now, don't look for drama where there is none. Paterson has been playing nonstop football since the World Cup and could use a rest, that is all. The international break is the perfect chance for him to relax, spend some time with his family, and then come back to work ready to play." - Chavez, manager.
        Graeme Shinnie has also been left out of the list after two less than good performances against Sweden and Belgium. Blackpool's Halliday will be taking his place on the roster.
        This concludes my monthly report. This has been Chico Bass following the day-to-day activity at Wimbledon.
          Good job picking up some results at the end there. I know that you will pick it up in league play soon and be competing for those top few spots. But WOW what a group you've found yourself in for the Champions League!
            Thanks for checking with Rabbit first. You have brought honor and pride to your family, and I respect that. Okay maybe that's a little carried away, you have brought honor to your upcoming career I should say! Good luck and looking forward to seeing how you carry out your Dagenham career compared to Rabbit's outstanding job with them. No pressure though.... Haha
              AD Alcorcon - '18-'19 Season
              March Update
              League Match 25
              AD Alcorcon - Getafe CF (2-0)
              Yamura '16 (P)
              Soares Martins '42
              Recap: Getafe is the anti-Villareal, we always beat up on them so I was surprised we didn't score more (beat them 5-1 earlier this season).
              League Match 26
              RC Deportivo - AD Alcorcon (3-2)
              Gomez '34
              Luan '44
              Kolar '47
              Luan '59
              Yamura '83
              Red Card: Soares Martins (double yellow)
              Recap: oh the disappointment. With this game coming just 2 days after I decided to go with a lot of players from the B team since most of the starters were still tired. However, my starting CB's played in this match so I was really disappointed to see them get worked for 3 goals. Huge missed opportunity here.
              League Match 27
              AD Alcorcon - Athletic Bilbao (3-1)
              Muriel '37 (P)
              Correa '69
              Knoll '75
              Farago '90+
              Recap: For a moment there it felt as if we were destined for another disappointing loss but Angel Correa is starting to come into form and then we received a huge contribution from Knoll (academy product) who is starting to put himself in consideration to be the main striker sub (ahead of Akpom).
              League Match 28
              Malaga CF - AD Alcorcon (0-1)
              Correa '44
              Recap: the kid comes through again in a game where Malaga created a lot of scoring opportunities, so we were sweating it the whole time.
              League Match 29
              AD Alcorcon - Atletico Madrid (0-1)
              Vinicius Araujo '9
              Red Card: Vergara
              Recap: this time around we were unable to escape defeat against an Atletico team that probably deserved the W.
              Liga BBVA Standings
              1. FC Barcelona - 66pts
              2. Real Madrid - 61pts
              3. Valencia CF - 59pts
              4. AD Alcorcon - 55pts
              5. Sevilla FC - 53pts
              6. Real Sociedad - 52pts
              ...
              18. CA Osasuna - 20pts
              19. Real Betis - 15pts
              20. Celta Vigo - 15pts
              I have failed to put this team in position to battle for the league title going into the last two months of the season so at this time the focus has to turn to qualifying for the Champions' League. Ideally we would finish in second or third place to avoid having to play additional games to get to the stage group. April will bring 5 games including visits to Barcelona and Real Madrid. I'll have to play Barcelona without Vergara who is my top rated CB. The rest of the month SHOULD be no problem with games against Mallorca, Celta, and Levante, but I keep losing games I should win so you never know.
              On the academy front ... I don't know what I ever did to Venezuela but they apparently hate me. After firing me a couple of months ago I have now lost three of my Venezuelan prospects from the academy after they decided to demand a call up to the senior team or leave. They were awesome prospects but nowhere close to being ready for the big leagues. Good call ruining your careers, kids. One of our prospects from Cameroon also followed their path, I don't understand kids these days. Anyways, here's the rest of the youth squad:
              - Bart Gorter (CAM, 64-68, 86-92): 16 Y/O from Netherlands labeled as a playmaker is an exciting prospect who could be a contributor next season.
              - Lansana Afrani (LB, 62-66, 87-93): 16 Y/O from Cameroon would have a much quicker chance to make an immediate impact if he had the pace to play fullback. His ratings suggest he'll fit best at CB.
              - Javier Marquez (CB, 48-50, 86-92): 16 Y/O from Venezuela is a high-ceiling prospect though ideally he'd stay in the academy until the end of next season.
              - Kyle Buwalda (LW, 55-59 76-82): 16 Y/O from the Netherlands needs to stay in the academy all season, likely to be a loan candidate when promoted.
              - Jens Stevens (LM, 54-58, 73-79): 16 Y/O from Netherlands thought of as a playmaker.
              - Joey Hoesen (LW, 54-58, 71-75): 16 Y/O from Netherlands who will probably never play for the club, likely to be sold shortly after promotion.
              - Jomar Mayat (LW 52-56, 72-76): 16 Y/O from Cameroon who we're hoping to develop as a striker.
              - Victor Jimenez (CM, 38-40, 74-80): 15 Y/O from Venezuela will is now settled at a position but not developing as we hoped.
              * Denotes recent addition to the Y.A.
              *** Juan Aguilar (CM, 45-53, 85-94), Samuel Amodako (LM, 53-57, 70-74), Ivan Contreras (CB, 40-44, 72-80), and Fernando Romero (CAM, 44-52, 69-81) all have left the academy after their demands to be called up to the senior team were not met.
              On the international side of things you'll recall that after being fired by Venezuela I received an offer to become the coach for Spain and most recently Cameroon also offered. I have now received a job offer from one of my dream jobs: THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, and although I have yet to accept the position I doubt I'll let that opportunity go by. The only thing that would make me doubt would be an offer from Argentina, though I'm still considering the Cameroon job but that's more of a darkhorse pick at this moment. I rejected Spain's offer and they didn't know what to do with themselves, they were sure I'd accept their offer.
              That's all for now!
                Thanks! The pressure really started to kick in after receiving the email from the board. They want me to qualify for the Europa League, and I had the team in relegation zone. After the Reading match they emailed me again telling me I have their full support. That's not what you told me last week! I hope those last two matches were the light at the end of the tunnel. I'm sure that bringing James back will change my results, seeing as Gornell won the Golden Boot with James as his partner.
                  Deportivo!!!! Finally they manage a win against someone! Ahem, sorry about that, back on topic. I think these last two months you have a very realistic chance of 3rd, and a good chance at 2nd even if you can get lucky with the fixture scheduling and have your players rested. You had a good month this month other than the Deportivo game where you had to play your reserves, so that is a good sign for the coming months.
                  Your youth academy is always one of the ones I take most interest in, it sucks to hear about those guys demanding call ups. Gorter and Afrani look to be absolute stars in the making though!
                  Also, USA! USA! USA!
The only thing that would make me doubt would be an offer from Argentina, though I'm still considering the Cameroon job but that's more of a darkhorse pick at this moment. I rejected Spain's offer and they didn't know what to do with themselves, they were sure I'd accept their offer.
                    That's all for now!
You had a good month this month other than the Deportivo game where you had to play your reserves, so that is a good sign for the coming months.
                    Your youth academy is always one of the ones I take most interest in, it sucks to hear about those guys demanding call ups. Gorter and Afrani look to be absolute stars in the making though!
                        ok I'll try to give you some insight into how some of these guys play and then you can tell me if they play the same for you or not.
                        Saah is a solid though unspectacular defender
                        Doe is underrated, can play Centre Back or Full Back and for a team like Dagenham that versatility is HUGE.
                        Gayle was never really impressive to me.
                        Connors developed into a nice backup LB for me.
                        I would let Ogogo sleep with my wife (ok maybe not, but you get it, right?)
                        I believe Howell is a CDM but I played him as a CAM and he did well there.
                        Murphy took a while to get going for me but once he did he was very consistent.
                        Hines, if I'm not wrong, is speedy and athletic and plays best as a sideline midfielder or winger.
                        AND HOW IN THE HELL DID YOU GET Macheda for just $400K????
                          I think Doe is actually doing very well, Saah is doing ok, Didnt play with Gayle or connors yet, Ogogo is such a good box-to-box midfielder for me, Didnt play howell yet, Murphy was a good substitute who almost scored a sick shot, and Hines is soooooooo pacey, just like all my other wingers. And uhm, I dont know, I enquired for him and they told me they wanted 650K, so i offered 300K, they said they wanted 450, Paid 400 and they accepted, So... I dont know, hes quality tho! And thanks for the feed back. One question? wich Goalkeeper did u find better? (If those 2 even where there in fifa 14) Because I tried them both and they are both such sleepheads, I conceed about 2/3 shot taken.
                            Press Conference
                            Q: 6 matches left in the season and you have a 10 point advantage. How confident is the team in being able to secure the title?
                            A: We can practically feel it now, but I am trying to keep them all focused since nothing is over yet. We still need to take points because Chelsea will be coming hard at us this month. We also have our home tie against Chelsea this month, and that could prove vital in this race.
                            Q: You have beaten PSG in a thrilling 2 legs that went all the way to a penalty shootout. After both matches ended 3-1, you managed to knock out PSG and advance to the semi-finals against Inter. Did you think you were going to be able to hold PSG off to secure your advancement, and how do you feel about your chances against Inter?
                            A: We had a 2 goal advantage coming off the home leg, but we got pushed to the limit in the 2nd leg as PSG refused to go down easily. Our penalty takers remained calm and we were able to come out on top. Against Inter, I feel that we can advance to the finals. They are a great club, but we have come up against the likes of Bayern and PSG already in this competition so we are afraid of no one.
                            Q: There are rumors about your future with the club follow the season's end. Do you have any plans to move to another club once the season is over?
                            A: That is absurd to even think of that with what we have remaining in front of us. My contract does expire at the end of the season, but the board and I haven't discussed any extensions yet as I believe that I need to focus my full attention on the league title and the Champions League. After the season is over we will set down and begin discussions on the future of the club.
And thanks for the feed back. One question? wich Goalkeeper did u find better? (If those 2 even where there in fifa 14) Because I tried them both and they are both such sleepheads, I conceed about 2/3 shot taken.
                              yeah neither of those goalies were on my roster so that's why I didn't comment on them. I'd recommend sending GTN scouts to Austria and Australia though, there are some hidden gems there who have low wages.
                              My GK's were Chris Lewington, who I sold pretty soon after, and Jordan Seabright who is incredibly low rated
                                Final Press Conference
                                Q: First of all, congratulations on winning the Premier League by a comfortable margin. Even though you dropped points this month, Chelsea failed to gain ground after you beat them. Describe how special this season was for you and for the club?
                                A: To have taken this club from League 2 all the way to here... it's just been an unbelievable experience. We accomplished what every player who has played in this league aims to accomplish. Each of these players should be proud of themselves for getting this done.
                                Q: You are the European Champions! You and Real Madrid played what will certainly be a memorable final ending in a penalty shootout that went all the way to the 10th kick before it was decided. After losing to Real Madrid in the Copa Europe at the beginning of the season, were you having any doubts that you could do this?
                                A: We never doubt ourselves, and this is proof as to why. We just won the biggest trophy a club can aim for! Real Madrid are one of the absolute best clubs in the world, and to beat them, especially after losing to them once this season was exactly how we would have wanted to prove ourselves. The penalty shootout almost gave me a heart-attack! But, we are the winners, and we get to take this trophy all the way home to Morecambe!
                                Q: Now that you have proven yourself as the best club in England, and in Europe as well, what are your plans for the future now?
                                A: I have accomplished all that a manager could dream of. I have won the league title in 3 different levels of English Football, the Capital One Cup, the F.A. Cup, the J. Paint Trophy, the Europa League, and now the Champions League. Doing it all with one club has been an experience that few managers can claim. I feel that now is my time to announce my retirement from managing at the club level. This is my chance to go out after these players helped me to accomplish everything I could have ever dreamed of. I will always remember this group as a very special group of players.
                                Thanks everyone for reading! This is all for my Morecambe career, it was the first one that I took as far as I did. Looking forward to my next career that I hope to take into much more depth and to develop a more intricate story line, without overdoing it as well. I hope you guys enjoyed this, and I hope you all will enjoy my next career as well! I can guarantee that the updates will slow down now haha, definitely was pushing hard to get this done.
