I decided to make a short list of info and positive stuff that you can do here mainly for the newer guys:
- Be yourself. Find an updating style that works well for you. If you have enough time, try adding little details like images, colours or other stuff like that to make the update more eye-catching.
- It is your game and your career. Don't worry about upsetting other people by changing your team midway through the season. We all know that sometimes things just don't work out.
- Don't be afraid to post off-topic stuff! If you have been following this thread for a few months you will know that we tend to chat about girlfriends, jobs, football, personal stuff, movies and so on. We might even have arguments but most of the time they are just for fun. Post whatever you want to.
- Quoting posts. If you are quoting someone's short-ish post, don't make it a spoiler. Now, if you are quoting an update, make the post a spoiler starting from after the logo of the team. That's what all of us do. Quotes look nicer and are easier to read and go through that way.
- Have fun! The most important thing in this thread is that you enjoy your stay!
Also, I'm not sure if I'll be doing a career with Real Madrid before jumping into the Hertha one. Depends on how I feel on Thursday after having an exam and before having another exam... *** **** exam week!
Good to see that you're already posting updates! I love what you're doing with the Twitter's and news reports! It really gets me interested into the career. By the way, are you getting FIFA 16 on Thursday or...?
Welcome! It's great that new people are joining the thread and making it a nicer place full of different updates! It's good to hear that you have planned out your FIFA 16 career(s) already. Also, thanks for the mention, it means a lot!
One more thing: you should click your name on the upper right side of the site while using a computer. From there go to Edit Avatar -> Edit Signature (it's on the left) -> copy-paste the bit with Chelsea, East Bengal and Atletico de Kolkata and save. Now you have your signature that will always appear at the end of your posts automatically (like in this post right below this sentence).
