Played 2 games with the same set as you did with the only difference Cpu shot error at 55 and fuma. They were the best games so far but I will play more games to see how it goes. On legendary I can't stand the cpu making 5 passes in a second. I prefer slow speed but I feel it makes the game easier. I would like to reduce the shot speed because it is at times overpowered but I don't know if that brings other issues

Re: FIFA 22 OS Community Sliders
I hear you. I've been getting frustrated on WC. Every shot is getting blocked and the cpu is getting these quick ping pong type goals that happen in the blink of an eye. Their defense past half field is like a fortress. Anybody got any tips? Also, why is passing so hard to get over the top?Comment

Re: FIFA 22 OS Community Sliders
Is anyone seeing the really poor tracking from the CB's when you go down the wings?
My CF just breezes past them and its an easy easy goal if you just square it..
I'm on legendry slow, is this maybe an issue with playing it on slow?Comment

Having said that it all depends on the CPU teams tactics on whether you see it or not.Comment

Re: FIFA 22 OS Community Sliders
Sometimes yes, this is a legacy issue from 21 on slow with these sliders. Matt explains it in the OP, you don’t see the issue on normal speed. I play on slow anyway and haven’t encountered it as much post-patch with v4 of matts sliders.

Interesting to know its an old issue!Comment

Re: FIFA 22 OS Community Sliders
If you don’t mind me asking what’s different about starting your career after the latest patch? I started my CM before the patch. I’m new to FIFA so don’t know what’s different. Thanks in advance.Comment

Re: FIFA 22 OS Community Sliders
I am having the exact opposite experience. Before this version I was in upper half of the table, scoring a ton of goals. Now I am near the bottom in table as well as goals scored. Just got absolutely thrashed by Chelsea away. 5-0 loss and I mustered 2 shots. Loving the challenge.Comment

Re: FIFA 22 OS Community Sliders
Roster updates don't have impact in your old save career mode. Only if you start a new career. After the latest roster update, EA have fixed the team sheets, each team has 5 different styles of playing balanced, attacking etc. before almost all 5 of them where the same. On the other hand any gameplay patches have impact on your saves.Comment

Re: FIFA 22 OS Community Sliders
Just registered to pass on my thanks for the work that has gone into improving the gameplay. This is my first FIFA for a few years and I think it's a big improvement even without the sliders this year.
I've probably been improving over the past week, but since the patch, or since v5 sliders, I'm seeing what some others have reported - it's far too easy to get the ball out wide, pace along the line, the cross the ball to often 2 unmarked players in the middle to finish.
I score nearly all of my goals like this. The space is just always there on the counter to ge the ball to a winger and by the time you've sprinted to the 18 yard box, the striker will often be miles away from any defender.
Up until this pattern of play becoming too predicable, I was having a great time, with varied play.
Those saying that this is a 'bug' with SLOW, I'm not doubting you, but this happens consistently for me whether I'm on SLOW or NORMAL speed.
Not really sure what to try to solve this, bit of a shame as it's very hard to turn down the pass out wide to set this move off. I ownder if the run frequency going up so much is causing this ball to always be on. May try v4 sliders again just to see if it's my change in ability or the patch, or whether the sliders are having this impact.Comment

Re: FIFA 22 OS Community Sliders
10:10 is perfect for me. 15:15 was way too fast, and I like the game to feel somewhat realistic in pace.
The 35 pass helps me to feel less overpowered too so that's nice, but the AI is too deadly on 35 so I've left them on 30. Call it a payoff to take into account my brain being incapable of calculating 4000 possible moves per second...
The only thing that's bugging me now is the seemingly impossible task of keeping a clean sheet. I'm hesitant to ever score because it almost certainly guarantees that the CPU will level up minutes later, even if I've dominated on possession and attempts.
I get the 'comeback' scenario, but every game, isn't fun...
What was the reason for the increase in speed for 20?Comment

Re: FIFA 22 OS Community Sliders
I’m back to V4 with normal game speed. I honestly wasn’t enjoying my matches with v5 and playing in slow speed is just too inconsistent.Comment

Re: FIFA 22 OS Community Sliders
This may sound obvious, but I'm just going to say it again - and maybe put it on the OP, but you guys need to say who you're using and what difficulty (there are multiple sets) + speed. Video would be great. If you're on nexgen, it doesn't take much time at all to upload direct to youtube or something else. I haven't seen the CB jockey in a while, so I'd like to recreate it when its reported.Comment

I've noticed this doesn't only affect Hull City. There are a few players on loan to EFL clubs that are treated as being on loan (correctly) on the default rosters, but on the latest updates, they're treated as permanently-contracted in the squad.Comment
