Haha that's how I feel too! I do quite enjoy this game though. Having said that, there are times when I am so frustrated I want to chuck my laptop.

Finally caved and bought Football Manager 12.

Anyone know where the best place to download mods for Mac is?

I rediscovered my addiction to FM by firing up my copy of 2010 and have played 31 hours in the past week. Dammit....

Managing Worcester City in Blue Square South for two seasons, challenged for promotion before sliding at the end of the season. My third season, went on a 18-game streak without losing a game, but once again, injuries are piling up and stupid me didn't spend much on depth.

I need to hide the shortcut for this game.

Good work, the only time i've ever had the whole team of the week is when there is only one game on, like a cup final. Never done it otherwise.

Quick highlights from my career so far:

Started at Jevnaker in Norway, got promotion in my second season to the First Division but decided to walk away when my contract expired at the end of the third season. Mainly because we had zero finances and I fancied a new challenge.

Got taken on by Fortuna Sittard in the Dutch Jupiler league late in the 2014/15 season and managed to get them promoted a year later to the Eredivisie but left when FC Twente came calling 6 games into the season. I have recently finished the 2015/16 season in 6th place but missed out on Europa League football by losing a playoff to FC Groningen. Still not a bad career so far and i'm looking at building a team to compete at the top of the Eredivisie now.

Normally I just manage one club for the entire game but decided on a different career this time and it's nice to manage in leagues I wouldn't otherwise.

If you guys are looking for cheap, young signings, I have some recommendations:

Kara (DC, DMC at Tromso). May be difficult to get a work permit, but at 21 and 1 million or so, he's well worth it

Vaclav Kadlec (AML, FC at Sparta Prague). Becomes very good if developed properly. I got him for 3.6 million.

Mateo Kovacic (AMC at Dinamo). The next Modric? 17 years old and has boatloads of potential. Can be had for 5.25 million, but you have a quality guy in your side for the next 12-15 years

Vaclav Kadlec (AML, FC at Sparta Prague). Becomes very good if developed properly. I got him for 3.6 million.

I signed him in my Feyenoord save, 12 goals in 12 games for me. Definitely worth the purchase.

Just a request. Could you guys either use spoilers when talking about future stars or use the thread that was started when this subforum was created? I like to find those types of players on my own using scouting.
