    Lecrae,

Thanks for the link. I'm going to print that bad boy out at work tomorrow and give it a read during my break.

As for my Grimsby side, I'm still the manager, and haven't been sacked yet. LOL. They finally accepted my request for a parent club:

We linked up the with the Championship side Doncaster. Hopefully it will be a good relationship.

Through the middle of November and I'm still sitting 21st in the Blue Square Premier. I won my last game against 8th place Wimbeldon though, so maybe things are looking up:

Almost a $50M transfer budget and here is where half of it went. He was unhappy about playing time at City and even though I liked Vaughan's performance last season, I think Balotelli will get me a good 20 goals, might change our formation up some for a 2 striker or wingmen system to get both on the field (Donovan on the right, Pienaar in the middle, Balotelli on the left, and Vaughan up top; all three can move around in that system for rest/injuries)

Best match of FM11 so far. Champions League first knockout round in 2012-2013 against Bayern. Down 0-1 after the first leg at Anfield. Captain Fantastic does it again:

The second goal for Bayern by Robben was really nice. But that last 90th minute blast by Gerrard is vintage. If Dzeko would have been called for having a damn picnic in the offside position, I might have broken my monitor.

Just finished 2nd in the league behind an uncatchable Man U (who I actually took 4 points from during the season). Won a 3rd consecutive FA Cup in penalties over Blackburn using my B squad. Next up? Champions League final against Real Madrid. Got past Atletico on another late away goal in the semis. I feel like I've used up all my luck.

Current streaks: 24 matches without a loss in the League, 12 straight FA Cup wins/20 matches without losing. It has to end at some point, right?

With those streaks, how the hell did you lose the league? United must have had an incredible season.

Too many draws. I finished on 84 points, they had 90.

Dear Cristiano Ronaldo. **** YOU! Just when I was settling in for extra time, he scores on a header from a corner. FM kicks me in the balls once again.

I sure could have used Skrtel, Bale, and Kuyt who missed the match because of injury or suspension. Also, it would have been nice if Torres could have had a match rating over 6.

I lost to Sampdoria 5-1 on aggregate, it didn't help that I lost Luís Fabiano 2-4 weeks prior to the first match.

So Grimsby Town is finally out of the relegation zone, for now. I've had two wins in my last 5, which is definitely helping out. I've also suffered a 3-0 defeat to a team that was below me on the table.

It's all just an experiment at this point and trying to cling to my job.

Quick question for you guys: I currently have FM 10, would you say that 11 is that much of an upgrade/improvement over 10 to warrant the purchase?
