Singular .EX by ZeeBuzer, pretty sure it is on sortitoutsi and fm-base

This is the first season I played fully and of course MLS does not have a youth system, I didn't really play my GA players that much although Mwanga gave us a chance against DC United in the 1st round, we ended up losing though.....badly.

Won the manager of the year award though and made it into SuperLiga.

Liverpool save attempt #2 first season:

        <a href="http://s78.photobucket.com/albums/j84/imtellintim/?action=view&amp;current=pooltable.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i78.photobucket.com/albums/j84/imtellintim/pooltable.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

Finished 4th again, but it couldn't have been a more different path. My job was in jeopardy for a good part of the season. We were sitting 7-7-10, only to finish on an incredible run of 13-0-1.

The turning point came in the January transfer window when I sold Paul Konchesky (3.5 mil), David N'gog (8.75 mil), and Ryan Babel (10 mil). They were all unhappy and requested transfers. I figured I had nothing to lose, so off they went. With that extra cash burning a hole in my pocket, I decided to address the fact that Fernando Torres could not stay healthy for any length of time. Edin Dzeko was signed for $43 million (20 up front, 23 over 2 years) after lenghty negotiations. Him coming in plus getting Steven Gerrard from an injury was just what the team needed. Gerrard had one of the most incredible runs I've seen over the second half of the season, with an average rating over 8.00.

Included in the run was an FA cup win, bouncing rivals Everton in the semis. The Europa League run was cut short in the first knockout round after dominating the group. We lost 0-1 on aggregate in two hard-fought matches against Palermo.

Wait, is there a transfer fee they are having to pay him/another club if they sell him to someone?

Does anyone know a good system to use for Team Talks/Feedback/Motivation?

                I tried using this system:

                http://community.sigames.com/showthr...-are-clueless-...

I'm not sure if it's really working though. Generally it worked for maybe the first game. I think my players might be happier but it's not translating on the pitch.

that is probably the best way to go, if you dont understand how it works though it is best to just let your assistant choose the team talk and then make small edits based on what you see, motivation/performance.

Nope. There are no next sale clauses for Mr. Bale.

Re: ***The Official Football Manager Thread***

Finally got FM 11 when my new laptop arrived, so it's finally time to put FM 10 to bed (aside from getting further than Tim in the WC in the OS online game).

In FM 10 I only had one save, starting at Paris FC in the lower French Leagues and working my way up, eventually reaching Bayern Munich and going on an **** run. In that save I had:

Pre-Munich Achievements (lower league promotions not included):
Won African Cup of Nations (South Africa).
Won African Cup of Nations (Ghana).
                      Won Gold Cup (USA).
Won Mexican Primera (Club Estudiantes Tecos).
                      Won Liga Sagres (Olivierense).
                      Won UEFA Euro Cup (Espanyol).

                      Munich Achievements:
Won Bundesliga 10 years in a row.
Won UEFA Champions League 5 times.
                      Won DBF Pokal 6 times.
                      Won UEFA Supercup 4 times.
Won FIFA Club World Cup 5 times.
                      Won UEFA EURO Championship (Spain).
                      Won Confederations Cup (Spain).
                      Won FIFA World Cup (Spain).

My laptop died in the middle of my quest to win my 11th straight BL title, and I had a 12 point lead at the half-point.

I'm posting those achievements because in FM 11 I'm going to be an idiot and actually try and beat that save. I'm going to fail, because in every other version of FM I've come nowhere near getting even 1/2 that level of success. In fact, I'll probably get fired from my first job, be unable to latch onto another club, and be forced to retire unemployed and unwanted.

I am starting at the lowly Cosenza in Italy, with a lot of leagues loaded (because I want to be able to move around a lot, and it will add variety to my managing options). Here are the leagues I'm loading:

                      Africa
                      South Africa, Ghana, Ivory Coast

                      Asia
                      Australia, Japan, South Korea,

                      Europe
England, Spain, Italy, Germany, France, Portugal, Russia, Scotland, Netherlands

                      North America
                      Mexico, USA

                      South America
                      Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Venezuela, Uruguay

                      Oceania
                      New Zealand

The game says my performance with these leagues should be 3 stars out of five, and my system rating is 5 stars, and so far the performance has been great.

I've played non-friendly games so far, both TIM Cup games, and both have been upsets, including a huge extra-time win against Serie B team Crotone. I was past the minimum expectation for the club, so the fans were jubilant. I play a Serie B team predicted to finish 6th next, so I think I'll have no shot at that game.

Massive win against the media predicted first place team. I love that you can focus your training to areas such as "blend team." Cosenza was struggling defensively so I chose "defensive positioning" and they pitched a shutout. They had more shots than I did, but I restricted them to mostly long range efforts.

Second season at Liverpool was a major success this time around. Won the double by winning the Premier League title and successfully defending our FA Cup win from last season. The only black mark was going out in the quarters of the Champions League to Lyon. Will post screens tomorrow.

Does winning the Community Shield make it a treble?

I expect nothing less than a quadruple next year.

Has anyone applied the HUGE Db mod?

When I install the panel it removes the ability to select/set the number of divisions for each country & the viewable/playable status, has anyone else noticed this? Is this the way it's supposed to work?

Also, there's a mod for adding the real English fixtures, but it doesn't work in conjunction with the English Level 10 mod....is there a way to edit the fixture setup yourself in the db?
