Fired my Rangers save back up. Scottish Cup Fourth Round @ Hibernian.

We carry a 1-0 lead for most of the game. Trading possession back and forth in midfield. Both teams not being able to generate chances. With 3 seconds left of stoppage time, Lee Wallace brings down a player in the box and the ref points to the spot. Commentators say it wasn't a penalty. All my players surround the ref. Wallace gets a yellow for the tackle. Lee McCulloch gets a yellow for unsportsmanlike conduct. It's looking like we are heading to extra time.....

Except Neil Alexander comes up with the biggest save of the season, and Wallace clears it out of the box as the ref blows the whistle!

A wave of a ton of different emotions there for me lol.

Things are progressing along nicely in my first season at Arsenal. Wellington Nem is a beast and leads the EPL in goals scored through November, where I'm sitting one point behind Spurs in 2nd place.

I've encountered a weird bug, though. The player faces I downloaded are no longer showing up. I tried reloading the skin, clearing the cache, but no dice. I might try reinstalling if this continues.

Re: ***The Official Football Manager Thread***

          I ended my 3rd season with a dominant 4-1
victory over Chelsea, and then the game crashed.
          I wasn't too mad because I already had 2nd
place locked in regardless of the result in the
final game. But, after it crashed I was like,
great I'll probably get killed now. And I did,
lost 1-3 haha. So that was annoying.

But I was very happy to finish runner up to
          Arsenal.

Made a splash in the January transfer
window, buying RB Mario Fernandes from
CSKA (I think that's where he came from)
and striker Jean Marie Dongou from Barca,
he looks to have excellent potential.
I'm definitely going to stand pat before the
          start of my 4th season.

          Guys like Holtby and
Dembele are getting kind of unsettled
because they don't get much PT ahead of El
Shaarawy, Maher, Bale, Sigurdsson. It's so
nice having them to cover for injuries, but I
might have to part ways with one of them
          because of the crowded midfield.

The jaded season of Dynamo Dresden. No Rest, No Mercy, No Matter What.

Did a new Arsenal save with the WeeGee summer update. Board gave me a whopping 32 million US to correct Mosieur's mistakes. Subotic, Paul Robinson, and Capoue. Still need a striker. Looking at Lisandro Lopez but he is going to cost 10.5 and I only have 5 in the bank. Those clowns better let than one go through.

Walcott and Giroud are both fantastic strikers in this game. Giroud is in fact leading the league in goals for me, so you might not need another striker. With Giroud, Podolski, and Walcott in the squad, that's 3 good options up top.

                  How are you using Giroud?

As a poacher. I play a pressing style aimed at winning the ball back quickly and forcing turnovers, turning defense into offense, and that creates a lot of chances for Giroud. Plus it helps to have great wingers who can cross the ball as Giroud scores a ton off headers.

So I asked the board if they would give me the cash to sign Leandro Daimao, and they hit his release clause at 83 million.

No kidding, Giroud is like the second coming of Christ in mine, haha.

Wow, you'll be losing money at the end of this season. Definitely not realistic for Arsenal, lol.

I figured they would offer somewhere around 40, not trigger his release clause. Im 2nd guessing it now.

He's got great pace and finishing, so he'll probably be a beast, but if you wind up in the red, you might get a small transfer budget next season. If you don't think you're going to want to buy players in the summer, then you're all set.

I been playing this game every year since 2007 and I finally did it!!!!!!

My first promotion. Started with Inter and got fired. Was picked up by Sassuolo right before the winter transfer window. in my second season with them I gained promotion via an unexpected season. I had lots of players wanting to leave but I promised them I'd gain promotion this year. And guess what! We Did It!

I'm so excited. Only bad thing is that It's 2am and I have an 8am class. Hard way to go to sleep!
