Can anyone shed any more light? And this injury thing scares me too. When you get to league 1 level, and still have 0 money I can't be losing players left and right. I have to ability to sign more, and the ones I've kept with me aren't good enough to trot out week after week!

I'm playing with San Marino Calcio and haven't had those games. I had one 5-7 game, while most games are low scoring games.

Man, if Chambers goes out you're screwed.

Who are you playing at LB with both Gibbs and Monreal hurt?

I beat Newcastle in a goal bonanza to advance to the 6th round of the FA Cup. I drew Crystal Palace, and with only EPL teams remaining, that was the easiest draw I could have gotten.

I'm currently clinging to a 1 point lead in the EPL, but I'm entering an absolutely brutal stretch of match congestion, with the COC Final vs. Liverpool, first knockout stages of the CL vs. Leverkusen, and the FA Cup 6th round vs. Crystal Palace. I have two matches each week for the entire month of February. Being still alive in every competition is great, but that could also have its price. I'm on the verge of a fantastic season, but in the blink of an eye I could be settling for a disappointing "Arsenal Top 4 Trophy."

And Arsenal are your Capital One Cup Champions!

It was an incredibly tense and nervy affair. So much so that from the 80th minute on I watched the match on full.

We had 10 clear cut chances, none of which were the goals scored, so the game shouldn't have been this close.

In the 82nd minute, I trailed 2-1 despite 8 clear cut chances, so I was incredibly frustrated. I was thinking, "What the hell? HOW THE HELL DO YOU MISS THAT CHANCE, CAZORLA? IT WAS A FREAKING TAP-IN! God, this is complete bull****. I'm going to lose 2-1 when they're getting completely outplayed. Complete bull****. I hate this game. This is the wor-GOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLL!!!!!!! OH MY GOD!!!!!!!! CAZORLA!!!!!!!!!!! A LATE EQUALIZER!!!!!!!! I LOVE THIS GAME!!!!!!!!"

The first half of extra time was an even, back and forth affair, but I was optimistic I would be able to win it in the second half. Liverpool's players all looked nervous. Every single one, whereas my players after I encouraged them all looked motivated. And it showed, with my squad bagging 3 goals in the second half of extra time. Mertesacker got injured, because FM likes injuring my players, but thankfully I still had a sub to use.

I beat a weak Crystal Palace team to reach the semis of the FA Cup. I drew Everton, whereas Liverpool drew Man City. If Pool and I both win, it will be a rematch of the COC Final. And Since City are the better team, I'm hoping that happens.

Edit: A bit of bad news, I crashed out of the CL 2-6 on aggregate after 2 pitiful legs vs. Leverkusen. So my focus is now on the league and FA Cup. Still, not happy to go out in this manner.

I definitely feel your pain when it comes to missed opportunities. My players are always hitting the damn cross bars or just being completely off target. I hate it when we get like 18 shots off but only 2 or 3 on-target, very frustrating.

since going to the full version, i've not had any defensive issues, and I haven't seen them on the CPU side either, it's been a great experience, my biggest criticism is finding staff, I'm having a really, really hard time finding even adequate staff members. I'm also sad the in-game editor still doesn't have the ability to edit uniforms in the match engine.

Got some nice initial budgets. 250 mil wages, 87.2 mil transfer. And If I can hang on and win the league, it might be higher:

This is Liverpool's only chance to win a trophy this year, and given that they are a disappointing 5th in the league (12 points out of 4th) they'll be really motivated to get something out of this season.

This is the best the game has played this early in the process in years. If anyone is on the fence or waiting, stop and just buy it now.

Do you guys have any recommendations on how to counter against high pace teams? My team is awful pace-wise, we rank dead last in the premier league and even when I put 2 CDMs out there and drop back, they're still attacking like crazy and running me over.

On that note, are other people still seeing like 30 shots per game? My team is only getting around 8-14, but the other team almost always gets 30+.
