Can you not attend other teams' games this year? Clicking the 'dash' before allowed you to attend, but it doesn't seem to work--at least not the same?

    Anyone else having this issue?

They scored the winner from the free kick off the red card. We were supposed to only have 2 minutes of stoppage time. But it was extended due to them scoring last second for some reason.

I think I'm done with this save. I never had a rule piss me off this much. Sporting Gijon advanced because they were the higher seed, no ET played.

Well, everything seems to be going very well in my test saves.

Too well. I've created Stadiums down to League Two, and managers down to League One(with no manager for Inter Miami, though I debated putting a high profile unemployed manager there, like Alan Pardew) I don't think I'm going to create managers for League Two teams, mostly because attempting to discern tactical profiles from coaches at that level is very difficult, and I feel like I've done some of the current managers a disservice in the way that I've evaluated them. I should be finishing the logos next week and doing my first "playthrough" test instead of just a long-term soak test.

The finances seem to be good, a good mixture of Rich, Secure, Good, Okay, and Insecure teams, with no one going in debt.

The only "issue" I've found is...

Well, after winning two league titles in a row and then going via the playoffs from the VNN, we got a rude awaking in our first year in the VNL. And since the board wont let us turn Pro because of financial reason, (they wont take out a loan) I have a feeling we might be stuck here for a few years. However I am happy with how we finished this year. Expected to be relegated.

I'm about ready to quit my created club and tell this chairman to go F himself.

Things have been going smoothly with my Forest save, playing 3rd place Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. My team plays probably the best game it’s played in the entire save and gets a 1-0 win, which is only the 2nd or 3rd time I’ve beaten one of the big teams...try to save, game crashes.

Not to worry though! I re-sim the game, my team is playing as well as they did the first time, and I’m 2-0 up through 70 minutes. Timo Werner scores twice in the next 15 minutes, match tied, slightly annoyed.

Oh, wait! I get a stoppage time goal from my Romanian wonderkid striker to go up 3-2, all is salvaged and right again.

Chelsea level it with 30 seconds of stoppage time left.

                  ****.

I thought I had improved the team, but we manged to not even do as good as the season before. Oh thats right, the chairman kept selling all our best players for peanuts to league two teams.

Still can't turn pro, they wont even improve facilities or let me get a senior affiliate for good loan options. We have 400K in the bank and stay around that all year. Finances are very stable for this level. Yet they wont take out a loan to go pro so I can take us up. Very frustrating. I hope this doesn't turn into a save where I stay in VNL for a decade. Who am I kidding I'd quite long before that. This damn chairman.

Good luck to everyone managing in the English lower leagues, I'm skipping that challenge this year, it's just too frustrating.

Started a new save with Salzburg and drew Juventus, Tottenham and Valencia as the 3rd seed in the UCL... Lost the first game 5-1 at Tottenham, but then bounced back with two insane comebacks against Juve and Valencia.

Beat Juve thanks to Chiellini's red card and my defensive mid scoring three goals somehow. Half of my team was on a yellow so it was the most stressful last 20 mins of a game ever.

After that it was time for Valencia who led 2-0 and 3-1, but my striker Dabbur scored an insane hat trick in 18 minutes to turn the game around for us. The craziest thing is that he only had 3 goals in the entire season until this game.

I was jumping around the house like a crazy person, I felt 15 again and it was amazing.

Now I can lose the remaining games, I really don't care.

Do y'all play with "Disable Player Attribute Masking" enabled (checked) or disabled (unchecked)?

I've always assumed that it would just show you someone's stats even though you haven't scouted them, if that's what it does, I have no intention of ever disabling attribute masking.

It shows you all their attributes yeah. But you still need to scout them to find out about everything else (roles, personality traits, etc). It just makes scouting much quicker.

Part of me feels like it's cheating to disable the masking. How could you know about a players ability without any scouting? But, it's also so much quicker to scout and improve a team if you don't have it on. I've always played with it 'off' so that the attributes are masked and I have to scout fully, but I've also considered making the switch to save time lol.
