Just got the new PC all set up. Going to buy FM19 in the next day or two. Guess who is off work from the 15th-26th? This guy

You guys said soritoutsi hasn't been as solid this year? What was the better site for getting the logopacks and league names all correct?

I still use sortioutsi and haven't had any issues.

I've switched to FM Scout, mostly because I find the options are higher quality, so if I click on something random, I'm not just gonna get stuck with some garbage mod.

CONCACAF's ruling today in the Ottawa Fury case means that I'm going to have to re-do my database or scrap it.

FM Scout worked like a charm. Starting my Vanarama South climb with Truro City.

What’s the general consensus on mentoring? I’m a bit confused by it, what kind of groups should I be creating? It doesn’t seem the same as tutoring used to be

So I was offered the US job and decided to take it. Totally forgot it was 2022 and it was a World Cup year. US qualified so I decided to check their group.

Finished season 1 at Arsenal. Finished 6th in the league and won the Carabao Cup.

Biggest signing was Benjamin Pavard from Stuttgart for only 41 million (hooray release clauses!)

Mhkitariyan and Sokratis are on the way out. They don’t fit the way I’m trying to play.

Mavopranos may be the next one out.

Currently playing a 3-5-2, with wing backs and an AM or a CDM depending on personnel. Iwobi, Nelson, and Smith-Rowe don’t fit this formation, but I have a 4-3-3 trained as my secondary formation.

Board extended my contact for another 3 years and gave me 200 million to work with. Man U and Real have been sniffing around about Auba. I might set a price of 150 million for Real and tell Jose to **** off.

Going to bring in a young, ball playing CB as well as another young striker.

Keep the updates coming! Love reading about what others are doing with their Arsenal careers.

I am in Feb of year 1--having just completed my first transfer window and the first leg of my Europa League Knockout Round draw away at Atalanta (1-1 draw). I seem to have hit a run of poor form, struggling with teams I feel I should be putting away easily--but with that said, I am sitting pretty in year 1 to get back to the Champions League for 19/20 (see below tables).

I also went and got Pavard, but his release clause for me was £31.5M. Scored a goal in his debut

Shanghai have also offered £18.5M for Monreal. I hate to give him up--but he's hurt (again) and that's good money for a 32 year old (33 in a week).

I brought in Lato, so I'll still have 2 LB/LWB, but will need to bring in someone else, as I am not keen on Maitland Niles as a LWB, and don't have anyone close in the U23 or U18's. I do have Joel Lopez who is showing promise, but he's only 16 and a ways out from first team action..

Those dang Chinese clubs won't leave me alone, they keep spamming offers for players I have no intention of selling. I get it...you like rolling tank loads of cash in front of my training ground, you still can't have Eden Hazard in his prime.

We did it! We stayed up with one week left to go. We are four points clear of 22nd and sitting in 21st. Hopefully I am given some money to improve the squad. I'd hate to struggle through back to back seasons like this. Also I don't feel bad at all for relegating West Brom. They are the team in the 22nd by the way.

This fella right here has the chance to become special. 4 goals already in the preseason.

What's the longest you have been without any license badges ?

Currently in my journeyman I am managing Cerro Largo from Uruguay, started unemployed with Sunday league experience and no badges obv. Hired early 2019 and now late 2021 and the club has no money to send me to coaching courses since I arrived here. Looking to join a bigger/wealthier club but they usually hire the coaches with licenses and I'm stuck here

Have had good success here but damnit I want to get my licenses rolling so I could go to a bigger team.

How does everyone feel about long shots since the last update? I’ve seen some screamers going in at a rate I haven’t seen since playing FM 2011.

I lost 1-0 to Chelsea this morning when Pedro hit a 25 yard curler from outside the box Ronaldinho style, while Auba puts a 1b1 against the keeper against the post.

I've seen some screamers but not at a crazy rate, so far anyway. However I'll gladly trade you the Aubameyang from my save for the Pedro from your save. Each time I play Arsenal, Auba destroys me, everything he touches turns to goals.
