I also use those exact settings. And I play at work like Suntan. Nothing better than wasting 4 hours of a work day and getting paid to play FM.

Also use those settings, I will say that using the "plan" feature is nice, as I can do less micromanaging during the game, as the game will change based on what I have set up in my "plans" already. I'd screenshot some, but like a true mercenary I've moved teams again so I have yet to set them up.

Originally I called this a journeyman save, but I've become more of a mercenary hopping from team to team as soon as something better comes along

In my Journeyman save, I got my first job with Cobh Ramblers in the Ireland 2nd division.

My first year, finished 2nd and did this in the Promotion final

2nd year, finished 4th and did this in the Semi-finals

Never even heard of a club named Longford before this save and they're now my least favorite team.

We can't afford that kind of scratch for one player. That was for two players my friend.

Some times its the little things.
The Barry manager at the start of the season was talking trash about us. And proceeded to do so all season. And in our first meeting at home they beat us 0-3 (our only loss). We just played them in the final match before the league split and trashed them 1-4, causing them to end up in the relegation group. I LOVE IT! I feel like I won something.

Final day of the season comes down us vs TNS. Winner takes the title. We are at home.

Our record against TNS this season:

I'm really loving this save so far.

The result I expected. Giving TNS their 8th title in a row. Still damn good season.

Anyone ever played on a pitch this narrow?

The long and narrow is very common in lower league Italy, Germany and very lower league England.

I hate it with a passion.

Sortitoutsi are starting to release the kit packs for this season.

I also added the 3D kits for the first time. What a difference that makes, even with my crap graphics card.

                          Yeah, they look good.

I use the combined 2D/3D packs from the korean site FMNation.

I prefer the FC'12 kits over the SS kits.

First, I definitely abuse the long/narrow, short/wide pitch ideas tactically in lower divisions, so I can't hate on it.

Second, I feel like I deserve a patience award. I signed Josh Sargent from my former club St. Pauli, and the man decided to start his Fiorentina career by not scoring a goal in SEVENTEEN games. I benched him for a few in the run, I even tried encouraging him and threatening him with the transfer-list, now since January(It's April 13th) He's scored 7 in the league, and 13 in all competitions. At the very least I'm getting rewarded for patience.

Oh yeah, I get that for sure. I was running a long/wide pitch that season at home because I had players who could use the extra space. It was just quite the shock to go from having acres of space to... that.
