I turn off auto-save because it can be a pain in the *** sometimes. It also works against me.

Started up a game as Bradford PA in Vanarama North (I believe North, at least) and found some youngsters to sign with a decent work rate (wanted to build a low level team around teamwork and workrate rather than skills that players won't have anyways).

Was going extremely well to start (somewhere around 10-1-1) and the game crashed on me - and I don't have any save outside of the very first one so all my scouting/signing/etc was lost and it crushed my dreams of that save.

Finally got everything set up how I want.

Decided to do the Bilbao thing since I haven't tried that before.

Having a good season so far with Peterborough United!, Currently sitting 2nd on the table...The team is very young, and my striker Shaquille Coulthirst is good at times but goes through some rough patches where he won't score for weeks, blowing chances that should be in the back of the net!...Still a long way to go in the season yet!...

I'm worried opposition might work the team out towards the end of the season as I haven't really strayed too far from a 4-2-3-1 Wide formation?...also, any tips on how too train the team and individually train players to become better would be appreciated!

My players need to stop lifting weights if they're going to injure themselves doing it all the time.

I think I may be an addict. I lost my entire day to FM yesterday. And I just got up and turned the game on while sipping a cup of coffee. I think its time to go outside.

I have remote desktop enabled and use my company tablet to play during downtimes.

There sure can be FM Outside.

My bias is heavily showing in this Wimbledon save already, might as well be Arsenal Football Club Wimbledon.

Signed up Stephy Mavididi, Ben Sheaf, Kristopher Da Graca, and Glen Kamara on frees, and Vlad Dragomir on loan.

Also signed DJ Buffonge from Man Utd

It seems like they've gotten rid of the braindead pass back over the end line for a corner. Thank goodness, that was the one glaring problem with the match engine from last year.

Players also seem to use space better, and the ball physics are more realistic.

They've managed to improve on what was almost perfection again.

I kinda wanted to go out of the cup, but my players didn't feel the same way

You guys rocking any good custom skins?

Also, how do you guys train your players? For the most part I got my guys training the way I want them playing tactically but I'm not sure how to work the individual focus as of yet. During FM 14 I would rotate the focus every 2 months but I didn't feel like it gave me the best improvements per attribute.
