Checkatrade Trophy winner! That competition was absolutely awful. After a rocky start we're on course to win League One, but we've already secured promotion, I hope to never have to compete in this competition again.

Just read about the changes to the FA Trophy for this year. What a strange competition that is now.

Those two titles for Arsenal were still with Wenger. Then he retired. They haven't finished in the top 6 since and have gone through 4 mangers. But have had an FA cup win.

Mou is still at United, every year they didn't win they finished second. And have two Champions League wins in that time. No FA cups.

And Joachim Low has been in charge of Chelsea since 2018. They have finished in 2nd through 4th every year they didn't win. And one Champions League win under him, along with an FA cup win.

Swansea have won two FA cup wins. All under Paco Jemez. Who just left to be Spain's manager. And now they are tanking.

City haven't done much of anything, although they've won the EFL cup three times. They keep spending massive amounts of money on players. But the best they've done is 3rd once. Finishing out of the top 7 three times. They've also gone through six managers. And have failed to get out of the Europe League group stage all three times.

Liverpool are also consistently finishing outside the top 7. And have gone through eight managers. They also don't have a single player left on the team from this season. They've also been in two relegation battles.

Also of note, Everton were relegated in 18/19 and have yet to return.

Not the FA Trophy, but the EFL Trophy (Checkatrade). They are doing groups now with all League 1 and League 2 teams, and 16 'B' teams from the Prem and Championship.

After I got the Fans Trust takeover, every time I ask for something, the board doesn't give me anything. I'm hopeful I'll get the Tycoon takeover once in my lifetime.

I have a Macbook Air (13") w/ 1440 x 900 resolution. Are there any skins that work 'well' with this? I've DL the Andromeda Black--but it's clearly off a bit.

Just curious if anyone knows of a skin that works properly?

TIA, as always--and Happy Thanksgiving to you all in the community here at OS!

There are some good ones out already, you can find them over at FM Scout.

I don't think any of them have been made for smaller resolutions yet. But you might want to give the CFM one a shot. Its the only one I was able to use below 1920x1080 properly, so it might work on what you need. Not sure.

There are also a lot of 'misc' packs (i.e backgrounds, stadiums, etc). Do you have a recommendation for an 'all encompassing' pack to get? I'm assuming the Football Manager Backgrounds Super Pack?

I believe that is the one I downloaded last year. And I am still using it.

I DL it last year too, and deleted it not too long ago as I assumed I'd need 'new' stuff. Sigh.

Now when I try to DL it, it only gives me a torrent (not even sure what that is, lol). It's only like 16 KB. I don't know how to open and 'extract' it...?

If you na macbook like me, download a program called winzip, it's a file extractor!....then just follow the instructions from the site about extracting the file!
