Blackpool were brought back down to Earth today. To be fair, Halloway probably didn't expect to come to the Emmirates and get a share of the points.

Walcott played his best game in an Arsenal shirt that I've seen in a long, long time. Rosicky played very well once again in the midfield and looks like the Rosicky of old, which is fantastic to see.

Really everyone played well except for Chamackh, who I think was feeling the pressure of his first home game at the Grove.

Yeah, it was a great win, but it's tempered by the fact that Blackpool were down a man, and before they went down to 10, they nearly equalized on a header that should have been netted. So while Arsenal should receive praise, they did exactly what they should have done against a 10-man newly promoted team. Let's hope they can keep this up and not have a repeat of the Anfield performance.

Ya he looked nervy. It was a beautiful sight seeing him smash one in with his head though, and I'm sure it will settle him down the rest of the way.

Also I thought this video was hilarious

Hey, I think Chamakh just misfired again...

Also that was a nice little dribbling/juggling display by Vela.

                    CL DRAW:

                    Arsenal
                    Shakhtar Donetsk
                    Braga
                    Partizan

Very favorable draw for the Gunners, and what makes it even better is the fact that Spurs were put in a tough group and probably won't advance.

Well, this rules out Schwarzer. Beginning to suspect a new GK may not be happening, and I am not pleased.

Two years in a row now that we basically have automatic advancement. As for Spurs, I can't wait to see them not advance.

What will it take for Wenger to make a move? I know, how about Almunia getting bullied in the box by Blackburn on Saturday and being as shaky and nervy as ever, thus allowing three goals from corners.

4 great keepers? Surely Wenger doesn't think the fan base is that naive.

                              Three more points, hooray.

I'm trying to find information on RVP's injury, but I'm coming up with nothing, which hopefully means it's not serious at all.

Grinded out a win against a very determined Blackburn team on the road.

                                I like it.
