If it's just rotation, that is odd, due to SZCZ missing a few starts. I'd expect him to keep playing to get momentum going.

I'm also sure we'll see Koscielny and Santos in the back four. Most likely a start up front for Giroud.

BBC just said that Szczesny didn't travel due to an ankle injury. It's probably just as a precaution.

It would make sense to have the lineup but do you think Vermaelen will start or be rested? Also maybe rest Diaby and have him come on later in the match.

I would save Diaby for the weekend. Need someone to be able to try and cancel out Yaya Toure.

I just remembered that due to UEFA's absurdity, Arsene will not be on the bench for the first three games. While I assume it won't have too big of an impact, it just reminded me how insane UEFA can be at times.

Poor, lonely water bottles. Perhaps Steve has been taking lessons on how to handle them.

I agree Montpellier got way too many shots off for my liking, lucky not to concede more goals. Arsenal better not play like that against Shalke 04 or better yet Man City this weekend.
