You can't get too worked up about a loss with the squad we put out there, and the important thing is we qualified.

Now let's focus on getting some wins in the league and turning around our mediocre play.

You're right, Arsenal can't afford them

We got lucky today on both goals, but we still played well and our defense once again looked fairly solid.

So glad to have Jack back, as he looked great out there. His ability and willingness to run through tackles always excites me.

Hopefully we can build from this.

We did play well, but we still flub way too many easy chances. We should have won that game at least 4-0, and had we not gotten lucky with the penalty calls, this would have been yet another frustrating 0-0 draw. The amount of chances we created was a huge positive, but we now need someone who can convert those chances into goals.

Gervinho is once again just an erratic mess to me.

Having Henry come off the bench in the last match would have likely meant at least one of our many chances finding the back of the net, so I can't wait for the legend's return.

Wenger puts out a very strong Arsenal side. He's finally taking the League Cup seriously. A trophy is a trophy when all is said and done. Good luck!

I think he's realizing that the 4th place trophy might be harder to get than he thought.
